Visiting from out of town (Dallas) and heard about this little gem in San Marcus. Food was quickly delivered and tasted fresh. Coffee ☕️ was top notch!
They are always so slow with food. I have waited over 30 mins to get my food out without any apology or compensation from the staff. The coffee is not good enough to outweigh the time lost from my day waiting on a simple meal!
It did not work for me. There were not a lot of places in the area for breakfast. Perfect opportunity to get them noticed and show what they can offer. However, coffee was bland. Ordered a breakfast Burrito that was odd shape (4×3) and presented worse than high school's cafeteria food. Flavor was 5/10. Service was 6/10.They have an opportunity to make this a great place (even though parking is really challenging) for food and coffee but they lack desire. I just can't go back there.
Nice staff & atmosphere. A small golden establishment. Very busy when we went today (Sunday afternoon). The picking up &/or getting food is a bit different. Instead of food being brought to you ... you have to listen for it called out verbally or over the intercom. We ordered 3 meals and someone walked up & took one of our plates. No one monitors this. The staff was great with getting on with making the plate again, but in the time we were there someone also had their drink taken. Food picked up in one area & drinks in another area. Being busy at times this isn't the most efficient and effective way to orchestrate orders. When not busy it's easier to watch over. But this being our 1st time there & really enjoying the food + staff I don't see this place not being busy especially during the weekends.
Basic offerings of food done up to perfection! Their latte selection is great... we had 2 different ones that we very tasty! Will return for sure!
Very hip place, food and coffee were good. Satisfied all of my needs. Very small location.
It was my first time here and I ordered a latte. It was perfect as is! I noticed they were selling bags of coffee and I definitely need a bag for home.
I've been going to this place for years and it's my go to coffee spot in town. I always get the shyster with half sugar and it's so good. They also have pretty good breakfast and lunch sandwiches after 11am. The owner is also super awesome and nice. She runs three shops in town including red bud roasters which is a local roaster. I highly recommend their beans which you can also get here! Perfect for dine in here too with plenty of seating, cute space.
This place is great! They had dairy free options for the coffee and amazing blueberry pancakes! I also got their breakfast quesadilla and it was to die for The cooks in the back have amazing cooking skills and it shows!
Did a quick search to find a hot sandwhich on the way to my mom's house (I live 40 mins away), and this place pops up. I figure it's going to be pretty standard fair. HOWEVER, the staff was so pleasant, the food was delicious and fresh, and the cafe con leche damn near made pull off the road it was so good. We ordered a caprese and a ruben on rye, both with house salads. Each were well sized and super tasty, the dressing was simple and perfect. The atmospere was straight out of The Gilmore Girls, fun and homey but not pretentious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for an lazy afternoon lunch. <3
