I've tried going to get breakfast several times, in the past month and they have been closed. It will not prevent me from going there, however it is still disappointing. I go to dialysis in the early morning and like to have something to eat, or I get sick. The early morning team, when there, are always very friendly.Thank you for listening.
My husband ordered his food online and still waited an hour for a few tacos. The lady at the window was very rude. And unprofessional! Idc if you can not run a fast food joint then you should not be working at one. It’s obviously called fast food for a reason I tried getting in contact with someone higher and no luck. I had to call the jack in the box across town to get in touch with a district manager. I am very unsatisfied
I ordered 3 different things and they were out. So that's kind of annoying but not too sure if it's because of the delivery thing going on with the truckers and business's and companies having trouble getting their products or supplies, food items??? But the food I did get was good, hot and overall i was ok. I will come back. Jack in the box is an oldie but goodie.
The customer service here was not good. When walking up no one said I'll be right with you. Once the young lady did help no I'm sorry for the wait. I know that people are short handed but please try and be nice to your customers.
I used to go there when I can walk from campus. They were pretty good. But recently tI been trying to order through Uber eats. Not only was I left waiting for my order for a very long time, But it was canceled twice both times, the store was open. I don't know if this problem with Jack in the box or Uber but it needs to be fixed so I'm not waiting an hour before if my is coming ot not
As we were driving in, a worker put a trash can in the drive thru so no one could go in. Its supposed to be 24 hours open. Need I say much more
Pulled up to drive through and received no greeting. When I said hello I was greeted with music and curse words. Thank God I didn’t have my kids with me. When I ordered my food it sounded as if I was bothering thier party. When I pulled up to the window I was blown away to see it was a manager doing this. No surprise my order was not even remotely correct. I threw it away and went to Taco Bell smh….
Never open past 10pm. It says 24hr drive though but everytime I've gone to order in the drive through past 10pm it's always something. Most nights I pull up and there is just dead silence and after sitting waiting for nigh 15mins, I just give up. Last time it was "mobile orders only", apparently and I could barely understand the person on the otherside. Like the slurring words of a dead drunk. I even gave this place some time thinking that maybe it'd have gotten better but nope.Sad, because I really like the egg rolls, but I guess I gotta drive to a different town just to get Jack in the Box and honestly, at that point, it just ain't worth it.
I went through the drive-thru on a Saturday night and it was fast and the food was still great. The employees are amazing too! I will be coming here again
These guys mess up EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. How can you not learn from your mistakes that many times?? People make mistakes, I get it. I worked fast food for 4 years! But every time?? Get it together!!
