They seem to constantly be understaffed and while there was nothing wrong with my order it took over 20 minutes to get a premade side salad ,fries and small nuggets out via the drive through window. You also cannot exit this locations drive through as it is in fact an alley between the location and another business. While we might give them a try again it won't be on our way somewhere and will be a in-store visit so we can actually go elsewhere if the problem repeats
The drive thru was very fast and the lady was helpful and very friendly.

This location is no longer 24 hours. There are cars in the parking lot but on several occasions l pull up to make a order only to be informed they are closed. I've gone several times between midnight and 5 am.
Friendly staff. Variety of drinks that I don't often see.

Place is dirty af go catch covid here for sure they don't wear gloves or hair nets or even mask at that and the ones that do they do t have the. On correctly. I saw a red head girl scratching her scalp then getting my fries F gross!
Rude so called "cashier" (Makayla) working night shift had the worst customer service ever she didn't greet at all made a sour face when I was trying to give her change and I got all my order wrong too. Not to mention her nasty ugly red burnt hair all wrapped up in my fries. They need to get better service cashier not stuck up with attitude. Never coming to this location ever again . Will be calling the health inspector for sure.Dirty location.
It's Jack in the Box but I will say the burgers are getting smaller and smaller like you order their biggest burger and it's like really small is compared to a Big Mac and Big Macs are really small
