First time here, last time here. Not like it was close to closing or anything 2½ hrs before closing.Came in, lady came from back greated me and told me one moment. Then 3 min went by, another customer walked in, was not greeted. 3to4 more min still Noone has come back to the front to help us. Then another 2 customers walk in, were also not greeted. At this point its not even worth the wait. Outside writing this review and still the others are waiting.
The girl working the counter made it seem like I was inconveniencing her by coming in. She was very rude and condescending. I do love the cookies but didn’t appreciate the attitude.

Insomnia used to be good, but there's hardly any "insomnia" anymore. They used to be open until 3am, now they close at midnight most nights. The last three times I've tried to go they have closed early (based on hours from their website). Their hours on google, their website, and what they actually keep in store never match up. It's so incredibly disappointing to be out of delivery range, check the hours on the website, and then drive all the way there for them to be closed early. It's happened too many times now, my business has been lost :/
The hardest cookies I’ve ever had. The guy up front was great but he was busy and two girls in the back were just playing on their phones.
It looked a bit rough inside, but no complaints on the delicious smell or the cookies themselves.
Good cookies, well worth the higher prices competitively.
