The reason for my 1 star review is the over all employee, management service. Wish I could give them a zero! I called in on Mother’s Day ordered a family breakfast feast for my wife and mother in law to surprise them with a some breakfast in bed with their favorite not so favorite breakfast place anymore, well to start off Ihops phone connection is trash sounds like they are under water, second off all The person handling the phone orders name is angel, as I proceed to order, Angel up sells me on cheese on top of the eggs.. missing upon opening.. then I get there to pick up my order and I Chk the bag , I ask Angel are you sure this is it because from my view and can clearly see that it did not look like 8 pancakes it was only 4 but he assured me everything was there. I get home no cheese that you up selled me on.. and surprise missing pancakes thanks ihop for helping me with Mother’s Day, Then I call them to let them know what the issue was. They told that me corporate was going to refund me my money .. to this date I haven’t heard a thing. I will never step foot inside one of these wretched places again.
Came in the early morning hours and the staff was really friendly and patient. Unfortunately I know they are way over worked and under staffed. Could see it in their eyes and yet they still have great service and the food was really delicious. Don't go if you can't be patient with a skeleton crew doing what they can. But, the food and friendly service was great and will definitely be looking forward to coming back soon.
I have eaten at I Hop many times but was very disappointed in the whole experience. We waited 40 min. for our food and after we finally got it we had to ask for silverware, butter,syrup, etc.We ask to speak to the manager but he or she never came to our table. I will say the pancakes were good but the rest of food was cold.Hope they can get things straightened out. So disappointed!!
Omar was wonderful. The hosts wouldn't talk to us or put us on the list for 10 minutes. Then when pushed did it. Kitchen was very slow and forgot ingredients.
coffee is so good plus the steak omelet and the breakfast sampler..superb !
It was really nice to see them staffed again. The service was amazing, and the food was prepared so quickly and accurately. If you have been struggling the past few months with getting the service you're used to at this IHOP, give them another shot :)
Our waitress was amazing, it's her first day, she's the ONLY WAITSTAFF here, and apparently there's no manager to be found. How in God's name can a place be managed so poorly? This is why "nobody wants to work anymore" because you treat employees so badly. If she doesn't quit by the end of the day- which I absolutely would if I was in this situation, AND I HAVE BEEN- she deserves a pay raise. An ACTUAL pay raise, not that $0.50 bull restaurants like to pull. Do better IHOP. You don't deserve an employee like Becca.
THEY GOT GREAT WAITRESS AND FOOD IS GOOD
Waited about 15 minutes at 2am, with no other customers seated eating, before being addressed and seated. You literally have to ask for ketchup, salt, pepper, jelly, etc. because none is automatically accommodated for you. 2 people order coffee and no pitcher is brought out to you... just one small mug.. food is to be determined...
Went for a very late dinner only one person in restaurant 3 people were outside smoking. Waited 10mins. Poor lady said sorry for the wait sat us down. Finally our waitress came to help and smelled like a skunk. I was done at that point. My daughter still ate tho. No uniform no name tag. So sad ihop.
