My wife and I first came in the evening and the place was a mess. The tables and floor were not clean. The young lady at the register was picking her face and hair which turned out stomachs so we immediately left the establishment. We were craving for gourmet burgers so we gave it a second chance. Mandy turned our experience upside down. She was professional and listened to our concern with the first experience. The burgers came out perfect and juicy. The drinks fulfilled our thirst. The cleanliness of the establishment looked much better.
I was super excited to try this place and was extremely let down. I ordered my burger on a GF bun and asked them not to put cheese on it. It came with cheese! They took so long making it that I just took off what I could. The fries came before the burger, like an appetizer which was weird. The burgers were PLAIN!! No seasoning at all.
Always a sure bet, great food and drinks. My magic shroom burger was well made, a good balance of flavors. The truffle fries were cooked superbly, not too greasy, well seasoned. The paloma was delicious and refreshing. So good!
Really great experience. Everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. From the person who took my order, to the person who brought out the food, to the manager who came out and asked us how everything was, everyone had a huge smile on their face and was phenomenal. The food was excellent as always.
My boyfriend and I came here, I ordered that ahi tuna burger and a margarita and he ordered bacon jam double with a beer and the truffle fries for us to share. The fries come out, his burger comes out and I finally get my drink but I'm still waiting for my food. He finished his burger but mine still hasn't arrived, by now I'm full on fries and a little irritated so I go up to the register to tell them to cancel my burger and ask for a refund, since it's already been a long time. This is when I find out that the cashier apparently didn't hear me order my food, so she only put in my drink even though while ordering I started with telling her what burger I wanted. Why would she think I'd only order a drink, and I know I ordered the ahi burger cause my boyfriend heard me tell her which burger I wanted and that I didn't want tomatoes. I had an awful experience and left immediately after that interaction. Definitely don't recommend this place especially since they can't even get orders right.
Elbandito veggie burger a black bean and corn patty with onion argula basil pesto guacamole chipotle aioli and goat cheese with parmesan truffle fries.Llano poblano beef oatty L T O bacon chipotle aioli pepper jack cheese pablano peppers with parmesan truffle fries.It was awesome food was hot tasted really good was ready when we went to pick it up. There is a very varied menu I reccomend you try it. They serve wine beer mixed drinks shakes give it a whirl see how you like it.
The best burger you're gonna get from a fast food place, but it is on the pricey side. They've got some creative stuff, especially with their monthly specials. If you're serious about burgers, I think they're beef could have more flavor, and the buns are tasty but lack the structural integrity necessary for some of the burgers they make. Overall very good, but not somewhere you want to go all the time.
If I could give this review no stars, I would. I placed a to get o order at 12pm and set the pick up time for 12:45 for a burger and the roadie. I was running late due to traffic/construction so I made it there around 12:52. I gave them a call to let them know I was in one of the assigned parking spots for my to go order and they advised my food would be out shortly. Then 10 mins passed and I gave them a call again. They advised they were coming out with my food. This is the worst experience I have ever experienced with to go ordering.
It’s very unsanitary for employees to be eating and touching their mouths while also handling peoples food with their bare hands. I understand if they are hungry but at least wash your hands after doing so before handling customers food! I’m highly disgusted!!!! I shouldn’t have to ask for my food to be remade!! I seen about 3 employees doing this I WILL NOT BE EATING HERE AGAIN???Update: I feel I was giving old fry’s to be spiteful this is really disappointing especially when I could of easily went to whataburger and gotten fresher food for half of the price I spent here???
I love this place! Fast service. It's clean and their iced tea is always fresh and amazing. Only thing I was disappointed with was they switched away from Maine Root fountain drinks. Otherwise, my friend and I had a terrific time and our request to sit away from other people was honored beautifully.
