Such a solid healthy bowl place. Build your own style, most similar to Cava I think, but more Caribbean than Mediterranean. Staff was upbeat and friendly, and everything I got in my bowl was legit delicious. Not giving up flavor for choosing healthy.
Incredible food, always fresh and healthy. The owners Joe and Andrew are so personable and kind, making their customers feel valued and appreciated. This is in my top 3 favorite restaurants in San Marcos!
Easily the next level on fresh, healthy and delicious food option at a great price. The ingredients are fresh, unique, expertly prepared and served with generous portions. The service is great, the place is clean and spacious. Definitely a brilliant concept that I hope keeps expanding to other cities
I wish I could give it 6 stars. First time visiting and we loved it! We both got the Cubano bowl and they were delicious. You could taste the attention to detail in every ingredient. Reasonably priced, quick service and the place was immaculate. We were so impressed that we had to give our compliments to the owner, who was very gracious. Best quick & healthy meal in San Marcos, we’ll be back!
My husband and I just ate here and I had to leave a review asap. Go eat here! Fresh, filling, delicious, and healthy! This is not a chain. Go in and you’ll probably meet the owner, Joe. Super nice guy and the restaurant is very clean. He said he can even do catering. We plan to make this one of our regular spots. Support this small business!

I love this place! You get such a large portion for a great price. I love that I can fill my bowl with tons of vegan options. The tofu and brussel sprouts are so delicious. I always look forward to getting a fresh, healthy bowl from Fresco!

My bowl was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating! It’s not what I’d call “cheap eats” but it’s definitely worth it for the quality. Plus the juices?!?! Yum!! I’ll definitely be back. So hard to find food that tastes good and makes you feel good during and long after you’ve eaten. Thanks fresco! Will you implement an option for us to tip staff please?
