Freebirds is really good for a quick meal for on the go, or even just the food set up is much like Chipotle/subway, you "build-the-meal" and they have a variety of toppings to choose from. You can 'build' a salad, taco, buritto, or nachos. I would definitely recommend trying it, even only once! The servers are wonderful, and the atmosphere is nice, I love the little tinfoil decor people leave on tables, it's just a nice environment to chill in.This is where today's experience get's a bit heated:Unfortunately, today, I had to defend those lovely workers from an unruly/rude customer. No one deserves to be yelled at, mocked, condescended towards or be given a hardtime. I think people forget that the workers are also PEOPLE, and not just "things" that you can boss around, and abuse.Just a heads up if an extremely recent and negative review is posted for this store today. The only, and I mean ONLY thing that ruined my experience was that fellow customer, I'll definitely visit again ❤️?
Despite the best efforts of staff to be professional and friendly, the place is a dive, in a dive property complete with being accosted by a homeless person when entering and leaving.
I liked the food. The chips and queso was pretty good! The burritos are definitely big. The only bad thing that I have to say is that they don't price or label anything as you move through the line. Certain items cost extra to add them to your burrito, but there are no signs or warnings whatsoever. I would recommend getting onto their website and using that as as guide as you build your entree... Which is sad to have to recommend in the first place.
The girl with short black hair working the register has the worst attitude! I saw her arguing with a customer in front of me who was trying to redeem her points. She would not listen and became confrontational with the woman for no reason. Management should look into replacing that girl. I usually don’t even get involved but she was unnecessarily rude! Do better Freebirds.
I usually love coming to this location but the girl working the register tonight was super rude. Might have to hit up chipotle until they get rid of her. Her attitude sucks.
In giving 4⭐️ because food is really good , but the price I personally think $20 burrito is a little high .
For wasn’t so tasty. Felt like it was bland and the meat was a bit tuff. Staff was great tho. May have caught them on a bad time.
Very friendly staff (most of them there was a guy that was just very monotone with us, could've been having an off day though) food was great!
Go easy on the rice and beans and you'll be good. Service is great and the options are numerous. Will eat again.
Dang!!!!! Is all I can say. This is the biggest burrito I have ever eaten. It was good. Their professional, clean and fast services. Great place to eat.
