I got the lasagna and fettuccine special. I'm usually a fan of fettuccine, but want impressed by this one. The lasagna was really good and the pasta came out hot with cheese melted on top. I would have rated 3 stars, but the breadsticks were amazing-buttery and hot and the server gave me four to start off with so I didn't have to ask for more.
I went this afternoon to buy my grandson some mild boneless chicken wings 5 piece and a small pepperoni pizza. When we took it to him he put one boneless chicken in his mouth and he was on fire. The chicken was so darn spicy and I mean too hot for a 7 year old child and he has asthma. Then he opened up the pizza and it was only a 2 slice pizza I ordered a small one I tried calling but no luck I will try Monday.
We don't have any Fazoli's left in Houston, so I was excited to see this while visiting San Marcos. There was a mix-up with my order, but the staff was very accommodating, quick to make it right, and offered me a free dessert for the extended wait time. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area!
I was very disappointed in this restraunt the lady at counter did not want to be there she complained about the way I was talking I understand I talk low but you don't have to be rude. My food was not good it was plain and cold. The restroom stunk so bad I gagged walking in the door and was filthy. None of the employees smiled made eye contact or looked like they wanted to be there. All the employees in the back were cursing so loud it was ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all.
We had two kids pizza slices which were burnt, a lasagna that was rubbery, and I had wings that were well I suspect old I ended up getting sick but it might have been the watery blue cheese. It is an order at the register where they bring you the food and the employee brining us our food on several occasions threw the food down on the table. The last of this was that almost all the sodas were nothing but carbonation. 1/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
Forgot one of my orders, then I could clearly hear her in the kitchen talking $#%t. If they would pay attention, they would get it right the first time.
Food was good, girls in there are nice and it's funny to hear them chit chat. Some of the other customers seem extra and like Karen's since we can hear them through the drive thru. Stop giving service workers a hard time and stop being rude. Again thank you ladies the food was great.
NO dining room was not able to eat in
I ordered a meal through favor, I was missing items and meal wad incorrect. I called the following day and a woman refused to correct the order. I am appalled at the refusal and argumentative she was. I have had 2 seizures inThe last 9 12 hours and unable to speak clearly. This is not how a res6should treat customers. She should be ashamed at her refusal to make it right. Ni will not be ordering from this place ever again.
The also is crazy watered down, and there's not enough sauce on the baked spaghetti. But the fried chicken was good on the also and the cheesecake was fabulous. Don't get the salad, it's disappointing. On top of that didn't give me any utensils going through the drive through. It's too expensive for the quality. I used to go all the time years ago in another city but this one was disappointing. Oh and the breadsticks were hard and stale.
