They always put way too much ice,they talk way to much to be working. They are not very friendly.
This location is on campus. You order at a kiosk and then wait for them to call you. For the money I think it's better than the other expensive coffee shop on campus but they get so busy they can't keep the waiting area clean during peak times. The coffee etc is exactly what you would expect it to be from a Dunkin Donuts though. However the selection of donuts has been limited when I have gone in there.
just waited 20 minutes for kolaches, watched the person make them and it took less than a minute. it’s been like this the past few times i’ve gone and it’s quite irritating seeming as it should never take that long.
I typically love this location as a good coffee from here is a nice addition to my morning. Unfortunately, this morning they completely butchered my order. The line was so long because of the insanely slow movement of the employees that I decided to spare them and just take the visibly wrong drink. It was disgusting, easily the worst coffee I have ever drank.Every other morning has amazing coffee and poor service, something I can live with. Today I was awarded a new hatred for this location that can only be lived down with a visible change in system.
i don't know how they manage to mess up my coffee every time :( very inconstant. only time they don't mess it up is 7am...
Only way to place an order was an acutely limited self service screen, upon asking for oat milk which was disabled as an option the lady said “you didn’t click that” as if i didn’t already know... order came relatively fast but any other location would have allowed my request as I’ve visited many. Will not enter this location ever again

This is the second time they’ve made my order wrong. I was all the way to the library when I opened my bag an either of the two blueberry donuts were in there. Fast but not efficient. It’ll be chocolate today, wow ?
Fast service but my food is always burnt and every day my coffee is messed up I am definitely done coming here. Disgusting.
