I only go there because it’s 2 minutes from my apartment. The food is ok and the customer service is terrible every single time. They see me walk in and stand at the register and they continue talking to each other joking around. Until finally I say something and they help. This happens every time. It’s annoying.
They usually have decent service but it looks like someone took a pice of our pizza we tried to fix it but it was definitely a small piece removed and the stuffed bread we got only had 2 (not even full) cuts leaving the two end pieces and the big center which we had to rip apart (when it normally has at least 3-4 cuts)

Seriously the worst customer service ever. They initially keep their phones off and the delivery option via app never works. After calling multiple times (spanning weeks) the phones AND app are unavailable due to “technical difficulties”. We called the other closest location and the woman who answered told us they constantly do this and they receive the bulk of their orders.The times we go IN STORE to order, the pizzas come out wrong and exclude items we bought. On top of that the employees are extremely rude.I NEVER leave reviews, however this location is absolutely unacceptable.
Today on September 23, 2021 I had called and placed an order for some pizzas and wings. The gentleman who answered the phone and took my order was very unfriendly and not pleasant. Or any any good customer service. I had went to go pick up my order at the store. The gentleman who took my order is name Mark. That's what he said it was or he could of lied about his real name. But anyways he wears earrings. He had one on each ear. That's besides the point. I wanted to say that when I walked through the door he didn't even greet or say thank you for coming by. Or have a nice day. If he is the manager. He shouldn't be one because he doesn't have good people skills. You don't treat people like that if you're a manager or not.

I called this location, and got the warmest greeting. It was such a great experience to ordering my kiddos pizza (while i am working). Great fast service, thank you so much for the 5 star treatment!!! #bestlocation #dominoeslover
No hygiene. The guy at the front took cash money and without washing his hands went to prepare the other orders… not to mention his aggressive attitude.

Nothing about this experience was good today. It's a shame I have to give a bad review on my first time ordering from here, but here goes.I do not usually order much food online but I am currently having trouble moving about, so no cooking and no walking.Ordering on their website was frustrating. It was very glitchy. I chose to get pizza with Car-side Delivery so I don't put any pressure on my knee. Well, that didn't work.I texted them twice upon my arrival. After 15 mins I went inside in pain and in a bad mood. They all looked lost and confused about not getting my texts. I tried calling but they had a recording saying they are "unable to answer the phone due to circumstances beyond their control".I got a quick apology from the girl who handed me my now cold pizza. When I asked why they didn't answer phone, she said they lost 4 employees, so....It is sad and scary to see what's happening to restaurants. At this point they are paying more than they ever have and they all need help. I see constant posts on Facebook of people looking for work, yet these places are still short staffed. I don't get it. But, it seems cooking at home is the more attractive option and it's faster. My pizza was ok, but the whole experience just ruined my enthusiasm to eat it.
