I had about 50+ people to feed at 11 am, and I placed an order for 12 large pizzas at 10 am. I immediately get a call that it's a large order that they will be ready by 11:30 am, I tell them they are for kids and they nail it. All ready by 10:45 am, thank you Dominos for being the heros this day.
I had a driver give me a dirty stare for not having a tip for him before he proceeded to add a tip for himself; I didn’t have any bread on my card so it overdrafted my card. One of the managers, Hunter hooked up a full refund; more than the tip. I am very appreciative for the stellar customer service. The store has been awesome every time I’ve been in. I’m a loyal pizza lover, all they could do is adjust their training or hiring process. The pizza and in store service is unmatched.
Ordered delivery, order seemed to have been flagged as delivered early possibly. Contacted store, manager tried to figure out what went wrong, but created a new order to be sent out. Honestly the way they handled it, and the delivery driver to arrive later, were both fantastic and I praise them.10/10 would support wage raises and help unionize
It was a busy night, I’m talking at least 25 pizza in front of me type of night. That’s nothing for this team! They made my order as fast as they could and I appreciate it, loved my food, I came to pick up my order and guess what?! They were polite and attentive, let me know how long to except and got me my order asap. Wish I knew the names of those working tonight, they did great!
Horrible food. Horrible service. Beef jerky all over a very dry pizza. Where's the cheese? Waste of money.
Pizza served hot. Open on holidays and weekends. Visited during a holiday time as other restaurants are closed nearby.Friendly staff and fast service.No dine-in option available currently and only curbside pickup and delivery options are available. I normally love Domino’s! But today’s pizzas were disappointing. Barely any sauce and the pizza shape was so distorted, it barely looked like pizza. And my 3 sauce packets were forgotten. Very sad ?.
My pizza came out extremely oily and the staff on 10/12/21 would not remake me a new one . They offered me napkins to soak up the oil but refused to make me a new pizza. The second picture is the pizza after soaking the oil up . Completely unacceptable . Management should know better than that.
Ordered a pizza for my college student and friends. Worried about the dorm delivery but team Domino’s did not disappoint. Thank you for making or day with prompt delivery and a delicious Pizza.
I've ordered from here several times and the food is always good. Drivers are always nice and they never forget my marinara/garlic sauce. Even on Saturday night, they're here at a reasonable time, all sauces there, no missing parts of my order. My only complaint is that I wish I could raise my tip via card after the order is placed.
