I’m really shocked with what we experienced here last night and I’m sure every other customer would agree as many walked out as well. There was one guy working the front who seemed very tired and nobody was helping him. Some manager came out, scolded him for some order that came out wrong even though he was working the register, filling drinks in the back as the soda machine on the floor was out of order so he had to walk back and forth, bagging orders and delivering them in between having to still take every single order that came in. He was being overworked extremely while the manager who scolded him disappeared in the back and never was to be seen again. We didn’t get everything in our order, had to go and request our drinks and while he was making them alone the line began forming toward the door with some people walking out. The place was dirty and not enough employees. They should have closed the lobby and only worked the drive in as it seemed to be the only place where people were moving.
20 minutes for a large lemonade!!!!!! They didn't even check on me , just went by the drive thru window like nothing! When it finally came , I asked what took so long, she said the computer went down and I asked her why didn't they let me know ,so inconsiderate and my time was valuable too! I had already paid for it! All she said was sorry! ☹️

I want to share my experience today..went in and there was alot of customers and not very many employees..However Michelle was holding down the fort. SHE IS AMAZING.yes food took a while but like I said..short staffed..She was very polite,and was working fast..Food was good and correct. And the dairy was perfect..So a big recognition to Michelle..Thanks for your dedication and hard work..I totally understand about short staff and waiting. We have a choice..wait and be patient and be thankful we have theese places open for us to eat or stay home and cook...I'll take the wait and friendly service...thanks DQ and Michelle..
Burgers were too cold. Don't think it was worth 42.00 spent there, sorry.
Burger was fair. Tacos were good. Service was fast and professional
Michelle took one look at the chicken and dumplings the location one exit up had the nerve to serve me…literally just watery broth and chicken skin…swill. She happily fixed me another bowl…delicious btw. I’ve been on the road since early this morning and had a load on my truck not riding good so turning was more difficult. She totally fixed the problem. Next time I will just pass up the other location and go see Michelle.
Only 3 people working on Thursday lunch hour. A small blizzard took 15 minutes to get after ordering. The famous blizzard flip is about a 15° canter at this place.

Wife and headed to DQ for the new Pecan Pie Blizzard and stumbled upon their new Cheese steak fingers with ranch dip. I can tell you now, this is our new number one meal at DQ. If you read this and try them, please drop a line to let us know how you enjoyed them.Sorry we ate before taking photos.
