I had ordered a bowl, three tacos, and chips. How can you forget I mean item. I did not receive my bowl that I had continent double steak, double beans, double rice White, double sour cream, double cheese. That was going to feed two people. I tried to call, they don't take phone calls over the phone. I raided my order for someone to call me, never received a phone call my total order is almost $31. For just the three tacos and chips. This place had just lost my business. If I had transportation to go there I would. But I'm a truck driver that staying at the hotel with out a vehicle. Bad business

Maybe they were overwhelmed, too crowded or understaffed, but the portions served on the plates were far less than any other Chipotle I've went to, I had to ask the server to add more rice to the plate because neither of the 3 plates had a normal portion.Overall the food was good, the store needed a little bit of cleaning, but then again they're probably understaffed and patrons don't clean up after themselves so that contributes to it.

Manager Tara was extremely rude! Me and my kids went there, she was the cashier, she looked mad and acted horrible.If I could I would give 0 stars. She didn’t greet us or said thank you. She closed the dining area very early and when customer came and knocked the door she would respond (behind doors) very mean things in front of children. When I went and asked a team member who the manager was she immediately answered “why didn’t you ask me!!” And kept talking very aggressively. I just told her I used to work for Chipotle and that attitude was unacceptable. We left before finishing our meal. Submitted my complaint to Chipotle corporate and waiting for an email or call to speak to her supervisor.

They messed up my order, but the person who took care of the situation was nice and even gave me some nachos on the house.

1st time coming to this chipotle location and instantly regretted it. I ordered 2 burritos and I didn’t know I actually ordered a BALL!!!!! If you care anything about the way your burrito stays together, do not come here!! I’ve never been to a chipotle that doesn’t wrap your burrito right......they have one job......everything fell apart.

Ordered food on the 20th the place was closed for some reason it still let my order go through they took my money when I called to get my money back they told me it would take 10 days to get my money back and now I can’t eat for 10 days then the lady told me it will be back in three days it’s been four they can take your money even when they’re not open but take forever to get your money back to you nobody it’s you can call and talk to be very careful about spend your money through chipotle because you will lose it and they will not give it back now it’s time for me to get a lawyer and sue

Terrible service. Crew doesn’t acknowledge customers. One member of the crew cussed at me and yelled at me because I asked if they didn’t acknowledge customers whom where waiting. He said I was a jerk and being “Fucking Rude”. I waited patiently for 3 or 4 minutes before I even said anything. I don’t think this was a very great visit. Can’t make complaints to chipotle though. They don’t take calls and their website won’t allow you to get past the first page on sharing experiences. Sad.

Downloaded the app. Ordered the food, the app was very user friendly…, but the pick up is where it fell apart. When my husband arrived, the order was no where to be found. Husband asked about it, providing the paid online receipt. The person with NO name tag said they couldn’t find the confirmation number and told him to go to the end of the long line of people waiting to place their order. My husband showed them the exact details of the order, what we got was meager portion size and despite the clear instructions for extra veggies it was ignored. The food was cold and the chips were stale. Not worth the time and effort to download the app. What a disappointment!

No name tag but receipt says Christian... Only 3 employees working so I don't mind waiting one preparing food one cook and one ringing up until we get up to the register then he rings us up then goes to help make his female employee a meal, I was told they were out of cheese for him to reach under counter and put cheese on hers I openly asked wait can I have cheese I asked for he said that was the last one so I did openly say so you have cheese for your employees but not for your guests... He says sorry but continues to help her instead of finish our transaction so I pull my card to leave he says I haven't paid I told him I have you should walk over and push the button on your screen... Once he pushed his button receipt printed immediately to which he asked if I wanted it... Why did you ask me to wait for him to figure life out. Obviously this is a random occurrence but enough to warrant this review.

My chips were so stale they bent instead of breaking. The chicken was totally devoid of taste, totally bland. The tortilla reminded me of a wet paper bag. If I were on death row and they offered me chipotle for my last meal I would ask to go straight to the execution. This deserves zero stars but that is sadly not an option.
