I’ve had few issues with ordering here before which is why this isn’t a 1 star review but I was honestly shocked to receive the food we did yesterday. Me and my partner ordered through DoorDash, and we ordered a side of guac, chips and salsa which was all not included with the note they were out. Sorry but I highly doubt they were actually out of all of those things. I mean guac I can understand but no chips and salsa? Then, both of our bowls were wrong. They put chicken in my steak bowl, left out the corn and the cheese. On my partners, they actually did include salsa so I wonder how exactly they were out of it? Everything was super sloppy, the meat was barely cut up. It was beyond pathetic. Whoever was recently hired and was working this shift needs to find their calling cus this ain’t it.
Never received pick up order, the employee suggested it had been stolen and couldn't be bothered to apologize explain or even offer to remake it. Order placed at 7:30, checked back twice on the shelves to see if it was there and waited over an hour for them to tell me oh someone maybe stole it. Still waiting for some kind of confirmation on whether or not I'll be getting money back for this order. Total disappointment
The food was good though not as hot as I thought it should be. I had to microwave my bowl after a short 10 minute drive home. That's why they didn't receive fudge stars.The other four stars belong to the quality of the ingredients and the excellence of the staff. They acknowledged customers on entry. I didn't taste old tomatoes in the pico. And the pollo asado is my new favorite.
I ordered my burrito 30 mins out hoping it’d be made around that time. I got there and it was cold / Luke warm. Ate first half of my burrito and couldn’t find ANY steak until I stuck my finger in it and it was all on the other side. Won’t be coming back to this location.
The employees are very nice but they are forced to give bad news to customers a lot. It is advertised online that they take bobcat bucks and I have used them there before but they no longer take them, which I didn’t know until I already had my food made. They also say they only have guac for online orders when the other chipotle in San Marcos does not have the same policy. I also remember a while ago the ice machine was broken for months. I like chipotle so I still go here but Mgmt needs to step it up lads.
They didn’t even fill up my bowl... rice doesn’t cover the bottom of bowl I got DOUBLE PROTEIN and they put 1 scoop and said I’d have to pay even more if I wanted more... ive never had this issue at other chipotles. So basically there just supper stingy 1 bowl usually is plenty not here still hungry after eating
I was ordering a burrito bowl and when I asked for sour cream the girl put two whole spoonfuls of sour cream into the bowl, and then her and the cashier proceeded to snicker and comment "It's soup" before giving it to me. Disgusting.
Worst experience at any Chipotle. Half spoon fulls of everything. When I asked for a full spoon....usually a heaping spoonful...they told me I need to buy another bowl. Rice didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. Didn't even cover half of the bottom of the bowl. Then when I bite into it....the rice is crunchy. They were rude. Stuck up. Horrible in every sense of the word with regard to a Chipotle. Will NEVER return to this location. NEVER
Went there twice and I was satisfied on both occasions.They serve authentic Mexican food. The taste is similar to Indian/ Bengali food I used to eat at home. In some instances you might see a waiting period at the Texas State University area Chipotle.I gave it a 4 star rating because some of the staff there often do not understand or speak proper English. Furthermore, when I first went there as a new customer who never had authentic Mexican food, they were not able to help me much in choosing my meal.
Awesome app! Why wait 5 minutes in line when you can use the Chipotle app and wait an extra 20 minutes for them to make you food as they take care of every single customer before they make your order you put in an hour before hand! Amazing absolutely phenomenal!
