Went in the drive thru at 7:50 to place an order. The 8 piece would fill the bill. I asked for 4 breast and 4 thighs. The guy said he didn't have enough breast. Ok if it's 8:40 I might understand he doesn't want to make more but it wasn't even 8. So instead of filling the customers order it was easier to say don't have it. Then when he brought it to the window he didn't say anything. Learn what customer service is and how important it is to keeping a job I n the service industry.
It's chicken e... good, but fast food chicken. I mean... I love it. Eat here. Get the tea. It's delish. Don't forget to put the spicy serendipity salt in your taters and gravy.
my food was cold as hell the only thing that was fresh was the corn nuggets... the tenders tasted like they had been sitting out on the countertop for about an hour... even the roll was cold
Matt Makes Amazing Chicken.I rarely review fast food places because I'm mostly about promoting local places and Chicken Express is usually only okay chicken (read "the gravy saves the bland, dry strips I usually get). BUT- I swear I had the best fried chicken of my life today. It was so good, I called to find out who was cooking. If the owner/manager sees this, you need to give Matt all your money and all the raises. He does a phenomenal job that makes me want to forget about "heart healthy" and just eat y'alls chicken. It's tender, perfectly cooked, beautifully seasoned and everything you want. So thank you Matt- you should consider opening your own restaurant if the rest of your cooking is as good.
The guys here are always nice to me. I tend to order the same thing, but I haven't tried their fish. I love their gravy that comes with gizzards, not sure if it comes with other options. I just might go there again tonight. ?
Raising Cain is much better. KFC is better. Popeye's is better. McNuggets are better. Tyson nuggets you bake in the oven are better. Have you ever gotten Aramark cafeteria food, like in a hospital? This was like that, or like gas station food. Questionable parts of chicken, with lousy breading, soaked in oil, tough and chewy without much flavor. Sawmill gravy? I'm willing to try it, but all it did was add moisture to the chicken, without adding any appreciable flavor. And the honey-wrong-butter roll? Even the tea was basically brown water.
Jacob was great I came in with an issues from another chicken express. He came out and fixed the issue right away. Made my food fresh like I asked and I really appreciate what he did.
Despite being the dinner rush hour the chicken tenders in the family meal seemed almost soggy after a 5 minute drive home. Normally chicken express is on point but this is the first time I have visited this location.
Horrible service never going back even the manager was rude and told me to never come back.
My man was wanting to go to Chicken Express today he was craving chicken and we got our food the okra taste like it was two days old the biscuit is hard and dry and the gravy you can literally bounce something on it was so stiff this is the worst place I will never going back there
