I used to love bush’s chicken but this stunk badly. This bush’s establishment gave us 20 chicken tenders that were barely even nuggets not to mention they were super crunchy with no chicken and tasted old. I don’t even have to say anything about the rolls just check the photo I’ve attached. Mac and cheese tasted like Kraft Mac and cheese after a few days and microwaved. Not impressed at all with this store.
Regular customer. Good most of the time but tonight? Terrible. The big girl working drive through was the most miserable person I've ever met. They fogot one person next to us was even in the drive thru waiting for their order. Then they somehow managed to forget items that come standard on menu items in our order. I don't know what they have going on that is making their employees so terrible at their job but I highly suggest they get their act together or they will run this place into the ground. The 3 employees smoking cigarettes and using profanity at the back door right next to the drive through could have been inside helping while we were waiting for our order for 20 min. Bad management is allowing bad employees. Get it together this is embarrassing.
Do yourself a favor and don't stop at the restaurant. After traveling 7 hours all we wanted was food before heading to our hotel. Bush staff is very unprofessional. I asked for a refund and the employees acted like I was invisible. I ended up calling the restaurant while sitting in the drive thru to ask the manager to bring me my refund. While the employees walked back and forth laughing. As I stated before very unprofessional.
I’ve never had a bad experience with Bush’s Chicken, but this time the rolls were flat as a pancake, hard, and the chicken tenders were super small. Go to another Bush’s chicken or Chicken Express. Don’t come here…
Nope nope nope.Chicken was dry and bland. These guys apparently never heard of the 11 herbs and spices. Or any for that matter. Mashed potatoes was also bland. No prices on the menu board so who knows what you're paying til after you've ordered. And they gave me a gargantuan lemonade with basically no ice on a 95+° day. Also they gave me the totally wrong order and luckily I checked before I left or I would have been really mad. Instead I'm just mad about wasting my money on such low quality food.

Delicious food! I can't pick a favorite because it's ALL good! And they have the best tea, bar none! (And large tea only $1?! That's a steal!)
Overall terrible experience. Long wait, tenders were the size of nuggets and not fresh at all. I ordered two meals and only gave me one ranch and that’s after having to ask for it. Forgot to give me my card back too but luckily I remembered and had to ask for it back. Never going back.
Ordered on Uber eats the chicken was raw and the bread was hard black and burnt will not be ordering from here again Uber has opened an investigation with the store regarding this issue
My first time visiting. No issues shocked about the ordering process but it didn't take long to get my order.
