Wow.First off, those people inside tried to take money out of my bank account this morning for over $40Second they want all transactions done inside. My guess is that they are seeing who to steal from, so check your receipts..3rd they tried to get money from me at the register. I had to point out that I didn't buy whatever was on the receipt.It's a thieves den, so unless you feel like chatting it up with your bank's fraud department do NOT shop here.
Absolutely awful customer service. Do not come here. The cashiers look like they're lost and give you a blank stare. Really hope whoever owns this franchise can turn it around, however, I am not hopeful. They need an episode of Undercover Boss for this location.
Avoid this store. Gas pumps never allow you to pay at the pump it always says "see cashier" probably some scam to charge you more. Most pumps are 'out of service'Service is terrible. Employees are never nice and always on personal calls. Inside is filthy, bathroom has been out of service for over a month and outside is cracks and holes all over the parking lot.
The parking lot area was disgusting! To get to the gas pump. Went inside and asked the cashiers if they could get someone to empty the trashcan and the response was “you want us to empty the trash?” I asked them if that was within their purview since they did own the establishment and the gas pumps… It seemed kind of strange that they didn’t understand that emptying the trash cans would be part of their job description. I was going to go inside and purchase some drinks but after the exchange with the cashiers, I just decided to look for another place. Plus the bathrooms were blocked off. I would post pictures but someone reading this is probably eating… ?
Pulled in to use the restroom, we’d been traveling for awhile and the attendant was outside taking the trash out at 830pm on a Sunday night. There were three of us waiting and she continued to take the trash out by the pumps instead of taking care of the customers. I’ve been in customer service for over 22 years, this was unacceptable.
The bathrooms are filthy and disgusting. Floors are filled with trash. No soap, paper towels or toilet paper. Too many people trying to use it and only one stapl working. Smells terrible.
