Sandwiches are very tasty and are loaded with great quality meat! Bread was toasted a bit more than I generally like but was not bad. I had the club sandwich which was not on the menu but was mentioned at the register. Was a few bucks more and was very filling. I have been here a handful of times now and want to keep going back to try the other sandwiches.
The 'Serious Sandwich' is hands down THE best sandwich I've ever had in my life.I've had this sandwich as a teen but my lame dad never told me where this place was, so finally as an adult i found this place again and enticed a friend that it indeed will be the best sandwich ever and he's been thankful for introducing him to this place!Yes, eat it with the pickle! sure it's single wrapped but it adds a water chestnut vibe to it. I'm a big guy so i get the half order but you could split with it a partner or friend if you eat responsibly. ?Side note: if you prefer a less 'crunchy' sandwich, wait like 20-30 minutes before you eat it, this sandwich has ample juices that the bread will absorb and become less crunchy, i usually eat one portion when i get home from picking up the order and save the other half for 30 minutes.
Full disclosure, I’m not particularly fond of sandwiches myself. I came here because of coworkers, but kept an open mind as I love trying new places.I got the half serious sandwich and it was okay. The bread was pretty flat, and although crunchy, I would have preferred their homemade bread. The interior was also lacking. It was pretty small and flat overall, at least for me. Taste wise it was okay. The deli meats were great but other than that I would say pretty average.My coworker came here in the past and loved it but had different sandwiches. Perhaps I need to give it another go with a different order.Overall, this was an alright launch stop. The interior is old school and has a nice moms and pops vibe to it, but the sandwich itself let me down a bit. Good Sandwiches, much better than the various franchise deli and sandwich places. I got two Sandwiches, the turkey and the Italian. Both Sandwiches were hot which suprised me as they are normally served cold where I'm from (Brooklyn, NY) so it did upset my stomach a bit. The bread was great and all ingredients were fresh, sides were good too and price was fair!

What more can you say about this place? It's quaint, quiet, and nostalgic! Very nice employees, lots of great decor all over the restaurant. And the sandwiches are awesome! Great taste, large portions and always fresh! We have been here twice and love the Pastrami and the Club sandwiches! The beans are the best! Will definitely come back!
One of the best deli sandwich shops in town. Food is consistently fresh. My favorites are the giant Chef Salad as well as the Serious Sandwich.
Really good sandwiches. We had the Italian and the Serious Sandwich with macaroni and potato salad. Service was quick and the deli was very clean. Dressing on the Italian was well done, not heavy at all. Glad we stopped in for lunch.

The food was delicious and the service was quick. The sandwiches are toasted perfectly and the veggies taste fresh. I thought the side options were slightly lacking but since l only wanted the sandwich, it was fine. Super impressed and can't wait to come back.
