I'm visiting San Antonio and wanted a sandwich from a non chain restaurant. I googled "deli near me". With a name like "Zito" I knew it had to be good. I was not disappointed! My husband and I split a half of the serious sandwich. It was amazing!!! The staff was very nice and helpful. My husband says he's going back and he won't be splitting with me next time! If you're in the area you've got to check them out! Cheesecake and baklava were also delicious!
A true San Antonio gem. Owner works the front cashier a lot of the time and is the nicest guy. I recommend the pinto beans and the meatball sandwich! My friend would argue the serious sandwich is the best. Lots of good options. Don’t hesitate to eat here!!
My wife and I get the Delight and Serious sandwiches. They are so good and recommend everyone in San Antonio to come and try it out. So if your by the Airport area stop by
These have to be some of the best deli sandwiches in S.A.!!!!! The Italian is spot on, not like the other guys. You have got to eat here.

Great place for lunch. Very good sandwiches. Slightly pricey but these days what isn't. Good iced tea. Pretty quick .Will definitely go back.

Absolutely perfect rolls. Tasty, crunchy, and holds together perfectly. Good portion size that left me satisfied without leaving any to waste. I got there just before the lunch rush, and it took a bit longer than what I would have thought to get my food. I'd hate to see the wait at its busiest.
I haven't been to this place in years. I was shocked. Shocked how amazing the sandwich was. I ordered the Manhattan. Just incredible! I will be going back a lot from now on. What a great sandwich shop. 5 Stars!!
