Terrible experience: Went in to pick up a to go order this evening. First the young lady working the to go area almost ran me over as I walked in so she could go outside a take a personal phone call. Then when I got inside I was informed my order wasn’t ready because they did not send it back to the kitchen; at which point the employees all just started yelling at each other. No one every apologize and seemed more interested in blaming each other than fixing me order.
Roaches Warning! My husband and I have ordered delivery here before and besides the occasional mess up order Wok Inn has always been good. During my 4th or 5th bit into my Keto chicken bowl I came face to face to a dead baby roach! I immediately gagged and ran to throw up. I called the store to let them know and to request a full refund. Aselia (spelling) isnthe store manager and took me seriously which I appreciate. I sent her photos as confirmation and am waiting for her regional manager Eric. I have already called the SA Health Department and left a voicemaill to file an official complaint. Will keep you posted on how the restaurant fixes this issue.
We came here for the first time, January 7th and had dinner. Half way thru eating the Beef Fried Rice, we found a screw in the rice! I immediately took the container to the counter and spoke with the manager. She was surprised, apologized and gave us a option of a newly cooked Beef Fried Rice or a refund. We took the refund. How does this happen? Someone could have choked on the screw, broke a tooth, poked a hole in the tongue or gum. We also ordered Cashew Chicken, but they did not add any cashews. I took that container to the manager and she asked the cook and he said they were out of cashews and said she didn't know that. I asked if the cook knew then why didn't he tell anyone and why did he cook the dish without cashews and not tell anyone. One of the styrofoam cups we were given for our drinks had what looked like a dead squashed bug on the inside. We asked for a new cup, but they didn't seem to care. Outside temperature was 41 degrees and it was very cold in the dining area. I asked if the heater was working and if they could turn it on. The girl said yes and she then went to turn it on. Why wouldn't they have the heat on when it is so cold outside? The place wasn't very clean as other reviews stated. The other food was ok. Based on our visit today, we won't come back.
I love the online coupons however my new address isn’t being accepted for delivery but over the phone it is however no discount (online coupons). Please fix that guys ?? everything else is amazing food and service ?

I ordered the combination fried rice, it was the worse fried rice I’ve had in a while. No flavor at all and the spices were missing. I was really dissatisfied. Asian Wok with not an Asian on sight.
OMG...NO STARS!!! Wok Inn is always good. I just moved so decided to try the Alamo Ranch location. How do you screw up Lo Mein??? The noodles were overcooked and mushy and there was NO flavor and NO smell. I kept telling my husband on the way home that they must have sealed the container really good because I couldn't smell it. But there was nothing to smell. I didn't even want the leftovers the next day. So bad that I won't even give this location another try. Back to Potranco location from now on!
Used to really like this place but our latest meal was pretty bad. The General Tso tasted like a weird bbq sauce and had zero spice, and even the steamed rice was undercooked. Much prefer Lin's or even Panda Express.
