Eh, it was ok. I came for lunch. The food was decent and not to overly priced. The waitress was nice, but it was only her working. So she was too busy to check in on me (understandable). It was my first time trying it out, don't think I'll be returning.
Always a pleasant experience! Our waitress was Gina. She was great and very attentive. We only ordered appetizers. The mini crispy tacos and cheese bites were delicious.
I had the General Tso flavored wings. They were good and very spicy as I like. However, the only flavor was tabasco and pepper. It wasn't able to detect any other seasoning on them.They do serve decent sized wings though - none of those puny wings at this joint.
The customer service here was good but the food was just okay. The ribs were tender falling off the bone but had no flavor at all. My wings were just okay.
Wife and I had a date night food hit the spot drinks hit the spot price point was perfect for us! Service was good only bad thing was debit card machine went down. We tried paying with 3 or 4 cards and ended up paying cash they could not figure out what happened!!! Manager card got declined as well he apologized for inconvenience it was not a big deal lucky we had cash!!
Been here bout 20 min was told pick a seat anywhere , we sat down and it’s been 15 min and not one waitress or waiter has even asked what we wanted to drink or anything! Poor service! Smh I should have poured my own drinks and cooked my own food here smh!
Food was brought out cold. I only ate my meal because I had not eaten since 11am and it was 5pm. Fries could barely be considered “fresh” when they were cold and just thrown in a microwave with shredded cheese. Bartender was rude, she obviously thought people can’t read lips. (Still can’t believe what she said!) She needs to have lessons taught on respect, manners, and listening. Our waitress was very kind and understanding. She expressed her apologies for everything, which was unnecessary due to they were out of her control. So she was the silver lining in this location We’ve been to all of the Wing Daddy locations in SA, and this is by far the worst experience. We will not return to this location, but wish for the best for this establishment to read this as constructive criticism to improve its reputation.
Ordered take-out earlier today, food was fine. However, there is an odor to the restaurant that can’t go unnoticed. In the few minutes I was there to pick up my food, I was relieved that my family and I decided to pick up rather than dine-in. The smell is reminiscent of a crowded college bar mixed with sweat and dropped drinks on the floor. This encounter was around 5 pm and the restaurant was not full. Making this review because I appreciate Wing Daddy’s and don’t want customers to be driven away by the bad odor.
BAD SERVICE! Read the reviews about the service before going cause the service is true! The girl servers all huddle together and just stand around and talk to each other while you sit there and wait for them to take your drink order and we were the ONLY table. They look at you and just turn around and keep talking. We waited to get our drinks refilled while they are Fully attentive to a table full of guys instead of families. Once we called them for refills they would give a face. I’m not the one to write reviews but this is hands down the worse. We go there cause it’s close to home and the food is great tho! We are always up to give them another try but never again. For sure will the time to drive a little further to another location.
