In N Out is way better. Several homeless drugged out people wondering around inside.
I don't know why I expected more. This place is fast food joint that offers a variety of normal fast food items. Chicken sandwiches, burgers, chicken tenders etc... However the quality is well below that of a McDonald's or Burger King. One exception was the new Dr. Pepper milkshake which helped destroy the dryness in my mouth created by the star bun and dry patty.
I've eaten whataburger for years and it used to be good. Went to this location to pick up and go. The burger was cold and soggy the fries stone cold, despite the place being a bit busy. Walked back after a couple bites and the line out the door made me take one more coldmbjiteband threw it all away. Will be a while before I ate there again. PS, dirty restaurant. How can they rate so high?
After seeing the reaction to the Whataburger float in the Battle of Flowers parade in San Antonio, I had to check this place out for myself. Tried the Dr. Pepper shake (amazing), the onion rings (right on the money) and an apple pie (flaky and sweet). The store was crazy busy because of Fiesta, but the staff behind the counter was friendly and welcoming. My order got a little lost in the mayhem, but they recovered and I had more time for people watching and checking out all the festive decorations. Best find? The spicy ketchup!!
All corporate burger joints taste the same. I ate wataburger in the 70s it was great. Have my taste changed or the food I'm betting that they are serving the cheapest product that they can legally call meat.
Clearly the cooks need more training because they can't read the TICKET for anything! I asked for extra veggies on my burger.. Gave me less then minimum and didn't even add the lettuce. The chicken strips were brick hard you can tell they were sitting for awhile. My meal was supposed to be a medium.. They gave me a small fry instead. Like what is wrong with y'all?????? If I could give 0 stars I would!
This is the worst Whataburger I’ve ever been to. The line was about 20 people deep and people kept going up to the counter claiming missing items. My order had missing items too. Long wait for food even with an online order. 1 extra star for nice employees?
Quick bite to eat downtown without spending an arm and a leg unlike some of the fancy expensive restaurants down here. Also one of the cleanest Whataburger’s I’ve been and and all of them are pretty clean.
Nice little small space. Everybody was very nice and polite. Very clean. Sometimes the wait is a bit long though. You need a code to go into their restrooms though so make sure not to throw away your receipt.
Mobile order took 30 minutes. I went up to the counter about 3 separate times to ask what's happening. Each time a different excuse. Ppl who were waiting in line order & got their food before me. Again mobile order, one would think it wouldn't take 30 minutes for 2 burgers. Yes they were busy, yet mobile order...No one offered anything besides a sorry. I just wanted you to acknowledge the fact you forgot cause you did. You told your line cooks after the 30 minutesThen my food was brought to me. All I can say is get it together. I would have thought since I waited so long my food would be hot to. Nope. Was not the case. Thank you & I hate this location.
