We ordered through curbside, the employee brought us our food, we had 1 drink wrong that I had to ask him to correct. Then he asked me twice if I wanted condiments and twice I said no. When he came back out with the correct drink in hand, he also gave me condiments and I looked at him and thought...okay dude geez I'll take the ketchup even though I said no twice.Then we get home with the food and realize that our "large" fries are not filled properly. Hey had enough inside the container for a medium size fries. I attached pictures.Very bad...won't be going there again!
Hamburgers are better than "in and out" and "p terry's"Don't know what people see in those two places.However,their chicken tenders are blandand so is their creame gravyand their so called "buttered toast" is anything but buttered.
Today Wednesday, April 13th, around 6:20 pm pass by Whataburger, at 2203 E Evans Rd, San Antonio, TX. and I was going to the drive thru, but saw like 10 cars ahead, so I just look for a parking spot and order inside.I ordered the: Southern Bacon Grilled Chicken Sandwich simply super delicious, and also got the: Double Meat Whataburger perfect! so juicy and that unique mixture of flavors that only you will find here at: Whataburger??Also really thanks to the manager: Joey, that saw me and asked if everythyng was good, he was so kind and told me: 2 more orders and yours will be the next to be ready, the restaurant was full packed, big time!I want to give these guys a Huge 5 golden ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I don't usually do reviews but might as well give them some credit. This is one of the few good Whataburger Stores in the Area. I went drive thru mainly because I was in a hurry. They were very nice and also very quick. The whole thing lasted about 5 minutes. It's sad that these mindless people don't understand the struggles of working food industry and I feel them I work across the highway myself, So mad Respect for those working hard.Their food has always been good and I usually get the #21 BOB meal since it's my favorite.Tbh seeing people get mad and picky over *FAST FOOD* mind you, is awfully hilarious.Keep It Up Whataburger.
This whataburger used to be pretty good but I guess once corporate Whataburger got bought out by another company, the quality went down the drain. This place has extremely long wait times, the burgers don't taste as good now, along with the fries. Rip this location.
Very bad customer service! I eat whataburger atleast once a week. The cashier was completely unhelpful with a question of a coupon I received in a email. Issue with ice maker and using a bucket of ice with a cup very unsanitary. No manager to express concern! Not coming to this location ever!!!!
I took about 3 bites out of my burger and spit the last one out (I never do this), I couldn’t figure out the odd, nasty taste and came to see that the tomatoes are rotten. They are so old they are whiteish. Our drinks were flat. I eat whataburger about once a week and I’m pretty annoyed.
Whataburger has a good breakfast menu BUT u still can't beat the patty melt combo w/sweet tea.
This is a great franchise to eat at when your on the go. The food is delicious and very filling . But I must say though that this store seems to have little defects as to not serving warm food . I seem to have a bad experience with this issue at this location. I have voiced my concerns at the drive-thru before and have even came back to eat here just to give the benefit of the doubt. And let's mention that the fountain drinks are watered down that when I do ask for soda my soda taste flat , not sure if it's something the machines need to be looked at or what but it should be addressed. I can't complain about the staff they are respectful but the food needs to be server alittle warmer in my opinion !!
