The wings we had were a really nice size and well worth the price. Don’t be fooled by the small store front, there’s plenty of big flavors inside. Must try for sure! Can’t wait to see what the other favors taste like
Our house loves fried chicken and this place did us right. It was busy when we went in at 5pm on Thursday but it was worth the wait! We can not wait to come back and try more flavors! Loved seeing all the awards on the walls, you can see how much pride goes into this food. ?
OMG!! This place was recommended to me and oh, am I sure glad they did. We ordered wings, fries, and a Philly Cheese Steak, and everything ? was ? DELICIOUS ?!! We will definitely be going back to try other flavors.
Delicious, just like the original location.Jacob and Tx Honey Bee on Wings were very delicious. Got the Garlic Parmesan on fries! ???The only negative was the cost of every additional things, such as 2 sauce was $1.50. Only flats was $2.50. Ranch was $0.75. Tea re-fill was $1.50.
Holy cow, this place is amazing. My friend wouldn't stop raving about when he came down from Austin and stopped by their original location and told me how amazing it was. So I was shopping at Academy and to my surprise they opened up a location right next to it and they did not disappoint! My wife and I loved their wings. The funnel cake wings are amazing! Sweet and juicy. This is now our family go to for wings.
I have been wanting to try Wayne’s Wings for years and I finally had the opportunity to stop by the Bandera location today. This one has been open for 5 months. I usually prefer to try bone in wings for the first time, however I was out and about working and needed a cleaner option lol. I ordered the boneless with the “Jacob” and the “Tx Honey Bee” sauces with the fries tossed in garlic parmesan. Everything is very delicious and I would totally order again! The boneless wings are huge!!! I ordered the 6 piece and could barely finish them! Can’t wait to try the funnel cake wings! Heads up this location has 2 small (2 seater) tables outside and barstools along the walls. There are no tables other than that! Hope y’all enjoy :)
It was a solid spot and gave it a try for the first time, nothing too crazy good or bad but giving them the benefit if the doubt. I ordered the Buffalo wings and wasn't really a fan if the taste, maybe you'll like them. It was also a bit pricey and the wings to me were to breaded, but I do like to support local spots. It has a nice atmosphere and I look forward to trying the Philly Cheesecake and fries.My fiancee got the Kay Kay wings and they were superb and bot as hot as my Buffalo, even though though menu said hers should be hotter. I got 8 & she got 6 but it came out to $40 with fries and drinks. Nothing too bad, but I guess I was expecting more. I will definitely comeback and hope it was just a one time bad experience.
These wings are really good. Rated best in Texas. I’m looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors and sauces! Fantastic wings!! Didn’t love the ambience but I don’t think that’s the point….
Wings were over fried in what tasted like old grease. What we’re supposed to be fries were definitely over-fried hard lumps of what I can only assume were once potatoes. No napkins. No dips. Overpriced The only good thing was the limeade. The young man at the register was more interested in what was in his phone than what was going on in the restaurant. I went to bed with heartburn and indigestion, woke up with heartburn and indigestion. I’ll never go back which makes me sad because I was really looking forward to it.
Y'all NEED these wings in your life!! They are absolutely delicious! The flavor was so fantastic from the sauce to the chicken itself. We tried some boneless with fries as well as 10 wings. For the boneless we went simple with BBQ and for the bone in we got have garlic parm and half Texas Honey Bee and let me tell y'all... that honey bee sauce is phenomenal! I ordered around 6:40 online through their website and was quoted a pickup time of 7:30. Now I thought that was a little long but I trusted them. I went in at 7:31 to get my wings and the girl at the counter was very sweet and opened the boxes to verify it was what I ordered. The smell alone had me salivating, but they also looked amazing. So I took it to my car and couldn't help getting a little taste. They were so hot, fresh, and delicious! Also, let me brag about the size of these wings! They were huge! I got home quickly and didn't even have time to take a picture because we tore through them! I'moing to wrap up here but I could go on for hours to tell you why this will be the only place I get my wings from now on.
