This was my 1st time here. The food was soooooo good and the staff was great!!! I didn't ask but it would be nice to see a paper menu vs. Their menu on the monitors, as those switched a little too fast.

I had never ordered breakfast tacos before, but I saw the photos and gave it a try. We ordered 5 potato and Chroizo tacos, 2 bean and Chroizo tacos, a child's plate of of beans and rice and a barbacoa taco, 2 eggs and bacon tacos and 2 bean and cheese. Nothing tasted good. The drink that came with the child's plate did. But the food was horrible. The rice in the kids plate was so hard and had a very odd taste. The barbacoa was not tender, the potatoes were under cooked. The chorizo was barely noticeable in the beans. I have never been so disappointed. Lesson learnt.
Waco taco has good food and that's it! Customer service is never good and they charge for extra salsa at .50 a salsa. With loaded nachos it comes with two salsas but we had to pay for the extra ones 1.08 for 2! I give them 1 star for the food but everything else needs improvement. Management and staff need work!
I was craving birria tacos around the neighborhood and saw the photo of previous reviews and had to have birria quesadilla!The birria quesadilla was out of this world, loved it! Consome was flavorful! Agua fresca was refreshing. However, I’m giving 4 stars because they don’t allow indoor seating and my boyfriend’s birria tacos were dry, including the meat. Only thing that made up for it was the consome.

Don’t waste your money on Wapo Taco. They suck. Go to Taco Palenque instead. I ordered 3 chicken fajita quesadillas and said no onions. Guess what had onions when I got home? Yep. All 3. Ordered two beef fajitas tacos with guacamole- got charged 95 cents extra. No guacamole on either taco. Ordered two flauta plates- only one in my bag. $67 on lunch Called and asked for a manager. Spoke to Olina. She told me I would need to drive all the way back and return the dishes I did get in order for her to refund me anything. Nope. Not driving all the way back for your mess up. She told me all chicken fajita quesadillas come with onions. I said I specifically said no onion, so if you couldn’t do it you could’ve said so. Go elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here.
Got order 100% wrong! Charged for thing that wasn't in the order! Restaurant less than willing to make it right. Go to Somewhere else for your meal and get your moneys worth
My go to for birria tacos. The consume is always bland, hope they spice it up or try something different, but the tacos I has was always on point. Other than that I have no complaints
