My guy Jessie working the desk in the auto department was an unprofessional tool. Sit him down for a week of customer service training and then keep him in the shop. The other guys in the department are great and the oil change prices are some of the best however, so if you see a small very angry looking bald dude at the counter just come back another time, the other dudes will take good care of you.
Mr Qusei, the assistant working in lawn and garden was a horrible employee. I had to wait some 15 minutes to checkout and have a question answered about when they "Walmart" would recieved some more mowers? He's reply was "I don't know." Sir you have know Idea when you might get some more in???? I know everyone including myself COVID has really wrecked this country! However, when you see the merchandise on their website!!!! Why wouldn't your assistant question me on what I was searching for???? check other store??? That's called custom service! I think these companies needs to stop blaming COVID on poor customer service and the words "I DON'T KNOW!" By the way the mower I want is priced 399.00 + warranty+ taxes = $414.00. A sale Mr. Qusei could have had for himself and Walmart. Walmart on Summit pkwy @ 410. S A Tx
Some of bakery is nasty it's hard. I used to buy donuts for the past few months the donuts taste awful I can't describe the taste but it didn't taste soft fresh donuts like before. Something is wrong with your bakery department. I do not buy any bakery from Walmart again.
This Walmart is one of the best for a quick trip. This location can get busy but overall, I do not think I have ever seen it as busy as the others around town. This Walmart seems smaller than the average Walmart Supercenters, but they still have everything you could ever need and then some. From groceries and home items, to the pharmacy and the garden section. There is also a vision center located across from the checkout aisles. This Walmart is very well kept and clean. To conclude your shopping, they have Subway on the way out!

I was surprised at not having to find a worker to assist me and the kindness and helpfulness of the workers. I truly appreciate the changes at my local Walmart.The reason I gave a 4 vs 5 is because they have limited their plus sizes from what they previously were.
We had an online order ready for pickup at curbside. The moment I checked in and called I was immediately helped. The girl (whose name I ridiculously forgot to get) was super friendly and helpful. She ran our items out to us quickly even though I offered to go inside and pick it up from her. She is younger, tattoos, dark shoulder length hair, super outgoing. ? In my personal experience, you rarely receive genuine warm-heartedness from employees at Walmart. In this case it was great to have!
This is one of the oldest stores. It is smaller than the others that I have visited, but very clean and well stocked. The store layout is very different from the majority of other Walmarts, but it made it more interesting trying to figure out where things were. The staff were very friendly and polite.
I went to get my Covid shot finally! They are trying very hard!! They need help on this front though. Its bigger than they realize,,,they need 3 or 4 people at the computer and 1 or 2 giving shots. These guys were giving it all they have, trying extremely hard and I would like to pat them on the back and say thank you!!!God bless!!!
Here everything was very well-stocked in fresh veggies/fruits, breads, household & pharmacy section products.A true Supercenter: an extremely helpful/friendly gal-employee walked/guided me to the Pharmacy-in middle of store, I'd been looking around the perimeter!The Pharmacist ring up several items-she noticed me even though her back was to the counter as she was doing her work-Kudos!Parking was easy-sufficient handicap parking spots. Thank you WslMart!
