Pleasantly surprised how ridiculously good this BBQ was. The brisket and ribs were super tender. And the loaded cornbread with brisket was so good and sinful. I need to run an extra 30 minutes after eating that! Plus the cherry cobbler was so perfectly warm, sweet and yummy!
Giving 1 star only because every single time I come, they never have ice, no forks, and no sauce. The food on the other hand is fabulous. Just wished they could keep up with the rest so we don’t have to drink warm drinks, no bbq sauce with my brisket, and definitely don’t want to eat with my hands. Once I come in and they have everything, then I’ll change my stars.
Some of the best BBQ you can get around here for a decent price as well! It's a place you wouldn't really expect to be serving such a good BBQ meal. But they somehow manage to do just that. Do yourself a favor and stop on by. My personal favorite is the pulled pork sandwiches. They are very good but I like to add a little more BBQ sauce tho. Overall a great place to eat.
Pros: The service, prices, and food are great!Con: Heb uses the weakest buns for their sandwiches which is disappointing considering they have some great bread/buns in store.Otherwise I’d recommend the brisket baked potatoes, any desserts, and any sides!
Great place to drop by and fill your belly before grocery shopping. Their brisket and beans are so delicious. They have reasonable individual servings, without paying by the pound.
Why do this place always put pickles and onions when you specifically ask for it without?They close the drive thru before 8 all the time.Used to be the best in town. Now, I can barely get a decent meal from here.Extremely disappointed.
I kept hearing people brag about the food being so good, better than some of the top bbq places in town, so I decided to try it out, it was delicious. The brisket, the Turkey and the smoked chicken. The brisket beans were phenomenal like nowhere else. To top it off, the peach and cherry cobbler were on point.
Ordered $250 worth of BBQ for my wife’s birthday at 8pm by DoorDash. Waited an hour and got canceled on. Thanks but no thanks. Won’t happen again…and they tied my card up with the transaction!!! Who knows when I’ll get the money back
Ok, so I still love the food, but service is leaving something to be desired of late. They were running a promotion for a free medium side with the purchase of a pound of brisket. A great deal for feeding a family! However, the cashier wouldn’t apply the discount. Sent us out into the store to find a yellow coupon, which as it turns out was on the counter right next to him. If you have promotions please make sure your staff is aware of them. I’ll leave five stars because the manager fixed it later, but please make your staff aware when you run promotions.
The cashier was great and so was the food until we got home and an hour later our family is now suffering from food poisoning. My 2 toddlers are horribly sick on the couch and my husband and I had to call out of work due to us having food poisoning as well.We wanted to come back as the food was great, but after dealing with food poisoning we won't be back.
