So typically they’re pretty good, but today was horrible! We waited an hour to get smoothies that weren’t complete; our smoothies were ice & fruit. Poor girl that I believe was the team lead was the only one that knew what she was doing. The others didn’t really seem to have a clue on how to make a simple smoothie. The one young girl that was making smoothie orders was whispering all the orders ?. Needless to say, they need to have trained workers in there especially during peak hours like a weekend…may have lost some loyal customers.
The girls working avoid eye contact with you for at least 10 minutes while you’re waiting at register. They don’t even acknowledge the fact that you’re standing there or say “will be with you in just a second “ but they all have conversation among themselves not even work related. Then when they finally notice you and come to the register they act like you’re an inconvenience and you are disrupting them about something. When customers had bad experiences they don’t come back.
I love the smoothies here as well as the sandwiches! Friendly staff and quick service. A bit on the pricey side for what you get, but a good place for an afternoon snack.

Just wanted a small salad and smoothie for lunch and this certainly met my expectations. I ordered the “Beach Club” salad, which comes with grilled chicken, bacon, tomatoes & Parmesan crisps with a salsa ranch dressing. The delicious smoothie I ordered was the “Blimey Limey“ which had strawberries, pineapple, orange juice and lime. Was large and very flavorful.
Manager was very rude and unhelpful. Smoothies were not good
Walked to place an order for my favorite smoothie and was totally ignored by two employees for 4-5minutes. Walked out without ordering.
Just ordered doordash from this place, used to come all the time, decided to try a new smoothie and sandwhich. I’m in the middle of eating and it’s so good I had to review it. Get the chipotle grilled chicken club paired with the açaí berry boost. Best thing I’ve had in a while. Good stuff guys!
