This restaurant is located out in the Stone Oak area but it is worth the drive. We had a large party tonight, so we made reservations ahead of time. We let the staff know that we would have several toddlers and a special needs child in a wheelchair and they made sure the area we sat in was big enough for them all. The best part was the wall size blackboard which they encouraged the kids to draw on. Let's not forget the food, it is amazing and very filling. Our favorite is their Capone Chicago style pizza. By the way, your food is not made until you order it, so you better believe it'll be piping hot. Let's not forget our wine drinkers, they have a great selection to choose from. If you have never been there...try it one day. Added perk, they even give you free pizza on your birthday when you sign up for their birthday rewards program. Folks it's not a slice of pizza but an entire pizza of your choice.
We just ordered through DoorDash, the kids and my husband a mushroom pizza and I got a house salad. I opened my salad to find it full of dirty mushrooms on top. Like Literally no effort to hide the fact that they don’t rinse their mushrooms at all. I couldn’t even pick them off without dirt falling on the lettuce so obviously not eating it. I think what’s most upsetting is what the manager AMY said when I called to tell them, no sorry just well they are usually pretty clean when we get them. Like what usually pretty clean?! I’m appalled that she was so nonchalant about it. I’m sure the mushrooms on the pizza are dirty too ? I’m so grossed out and we will never order from here again!
The location was okay. It’s a little outdated but still a spot to have lunch at.The Caesar salad was just like a salad out of a bag that you buy at a grocery store.The appetizer was delicious and so was the pizza Chicago style dish.
Bruschetta was delicious as was the pizza!
Enjoyed lunch today at Trilogy. The buffet looked amazing, that is what my sister had. She said it was the best pizza she had in years. I ordered the pasta Bolognese. It was absolutely delicious and I took more than half of it home for another meal. I was happy to see the lunch buffet was back on Fridays. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed. Speedy, friendly service, too!
Ordered pizza to go over an hour ago and my wife is still waiting at the restaurant. This is ridiculous! I was told the wait time would be 45 minutes. We're now at 1 hour and 10 minutes and counting. Seeing Doordash come in and out picking up orders, but our phoned in order apparently is being ignored! Last time we'll ever order from here or eat here in person. Very unfortunate.
This was recommended highly and honestly it was just awful. Service was good. Pizza sauce just not tasty. Thin crust not thin and was doughy. Garlic knots seeping in oil! Sorry——we wanted to like it!
Wonderful place, clean, great service and the food was exceptional. We had the garlic knots and the bruschetta for appetizers and one of each, one NY style pizza and a Chicago style pizza, both absolutely delicious. Highly, highly recommend a visit.
First time Trilogy guest and they earned themselves a new patron! We got a basic pepperoni pizza and it was excellent.
I dare you to find a better pizza place in this city!The New York style is absolutely out of this world. You will not be disappointed. If it was possible to give them a 10/5 stars I would.We found this place just browsing for something to eat because we were sick of going to the same places all the time. We gave trilogy a shot and now I try to order from them as often as I can.
