Our Happy place in Stone Oak. The food is amazing and Jason is the guru of cocktails. We go there once a week and to Cuishe. Today, was not such a great experience at Toro? The lady Andrea was super rude and literally was throwing us out from sitting at the bar because she claimed that there was someone waiting. I was told that the manager was too busy to talk and I was handed a business card. I persisted to talk to him because I have never had a bad experience at Toro until today. He pretty much had nothing to say and it felt as if he did not care of my concern. I hope that business remains busy to not care as to who they lose as customers. Highly dissatisfied! Glad Jason is going to Cuishe so we don’t need to be treated like second class citizens from Andrea.

3rd time here. Usually busy so make sure to make a reservation. Food is GREAT. The tapas were very good especially the solomillos. The paella was awesome. Service a bit slow but it's not their fault. Live music too!
I made reservations over a week out. Called the morning of and changed the total of people. Ended up changing my reservation amount AND time about 3 times that day. Each time they were more than happy to work with and help me out. The atmosphere was wonderful. And the staff was very tentative and helpful (even took a few pics of our group). The food was fantastic and reasonably priced. We will be back!

We stopped in for tapas, as a much needed break from the riverwalk, the charcuterie was awesome, the house wine was good, although I usually prefer a sweeter wine, it paired well with the meats. The staff were very friendly, and the whole place seems well thought out.
Gabo was our server and gave exceptional service, with fantastic recommendations.This is THE place for happy hour if you love gin! The whole gin bar for $8. Also some awesome tapas on special. Had dinner on the patio with a great view of our SA tower. Will definitely be back with family and friends to experience.
Best drinks around! We are St. Paul Square natives and we wouldn’t want to spend our days off anywhere else! Food… amazing! Drinks… amazing… Service… best thing yet. Thank you, Gabo for making our experience worth while! We can’t wait to come back for another date day!
