Absolutely DELICIOUS food. Their tacos are not only creative, but gorgeous in presentation. The serving sizes are perfect and I have no complaints whatsoever. The restaurant is also very comfortable and it has a nice aesthetic. Overall, 10/10.
Torchys has good drinks, great tacos, and amazing queso dip! I enjoy the variety of tacos they serve but my personal favorite is the Trailer Park taco. You cannot skip on the queso! They currently have happy hour all day on Saturdays and Sundays for mimosas, sangrias, tequila sunrise, and bloody marys. This is a great casual place to spend with friends and fam.
This was our first time eating torchy's tacos, and the food was way overpriced. The flavor was ok, not great or amazing, but just ok. Definitely too expensive for the food you get. We ordered 7 tacos with chips and queso and spent $57 with tip.The tacos are not huge like other places and were poorly assembled as seen in the pics. My wife and I will look elsewhere for nontraditional tacos.*Edit* I forgot to mention the chips and queso. The chips were good, well seasoned and crispy. The queso, however, super greasy. I had a heartburn afterwards. I'm not sure which of the ingredients, possibly the meat? But the greasy cheese was a huge no for me.
My husband and I were so excited to try this restaurant. We were so supremely disappointed. The lady at the counter was rude. We got there at least 30 minutes before close, there were still 7 other patrons eating in. We wanted to eat in after a long work day for both of us. The counter lady pushed us to take a to go order. They had already put the sweet tea away for the night, so no tea for my husband. We got 4 different tacos to share so we could try a variety of different tacos. All 4 were terrible. The meat was dry and pretty tasteless on all of them. One of the tacos was so greasy, it looked like it had been dipped in grease. The portions were incredibly small. Not worth the money. Definitely won't be coming back which makes me sad because I wanted to like this place.
Torchy's is a taco restaurant. It's not traditional tacos. That's fine. The tacos they sever are pretty good. The place is nice. They have a couple of murals that are nice. Behind the soda is a wall filled with divider makers for the road. That was creative ?. I'd go back again.
Great food as always at this location! Ask for the secret menu! The place was not too full for our late lunch. We ordered the Matador, the Trailer park hillbilly style. And the chips and queso hillbilly style. It was delicious! The staff was friendly and very attentive. I recommend you give it a try if you’re in the area!
I love their shrimp taco! Really want to try them all. The staff was extremely cheerful and expedient, that with the atmosphere almost convinced me sit down and dine had I not been in a hurry! Can't wait to come back!
The salmon taco was so delicious every bite was a party in my mouth!Everything we ordered was so delicious the flavoring of the food was off the chart! My kids who don't like any kind of sea food loved the salmon &shrimp!Definitely going to be my new taco stop!
I love Torchy’s!! Been eating at different locations for years. This is one of my favorite locations. They keep the restaurant clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend starting with some chips and guacamole or queso. My favorite tacos are the Chicken fajita, The Crossroads and the Aces of Spades off the Secret menu. They do serve breakfast tacos all day.
I'm not allowed to give zero stars. They literally gave me 1/8 of a teaspoon of poblano ranch in my delivery order. Pictures don't lie. Is this 1/8 of a teaspoon or 1/16 of a teaspoon? You might as well have not even bothered.
