Easy Online reservations without unnecessary fees!This place has friendly customer service. I was able to reserve our lane online & when we came in, we were ready to play in less than one minute! Very fast service.We had a tasty dinner here too & the food was served in a timely manner & brought right to our table.A staff member also helped me pick the perfect ball to bowl with. There are some great people working here!Wonderful ambiance to spend time with friends & family. I will definitely be bowling here again!
My family and I visited this bowling alley today (6/22/22) around 3 pm and I was very disappointed. After paying for our game and shoes, I approached the snack bar area to purchase drinks and food for me and my family. I was second in line. Shortly after waiting second in line, an older white gentleman walked up (basically skipping me) and the male cashier immediately acknowledged him, asking how may he help him. The older white gentleman even mentioned that I was in line before him, however, the male cashier insisted on taking his order first. Then, after the older white guy's transaction was complete, the male cashier asked how he could help me. At this point, I'm so disappointed in his blatant disregard of my presence, I said nevermind and I returned to my bowling lane. Now, I hate to play the discrimination card but it does make me wonder why the cashier CHOSE to ignore me. Was it my black skin tone, was it the fact that I'm a woman, was it the color of my hair, or was it the color of my dress he didn't like? In any event, I was CLEARLY IGNORED and a white gentleman was acknowledged before me even though I was next in line. Check the cameras; they don't lie. I will never be back and I will encourage those I know to visit another bowling alley when considering bowling.
We booked the Oak Room for my son's 10th birthday party and ordered pizzas for all the guests. It was ALL very well worth the price! The room was very clean and comfortable. Clutch Bowling was very cool! The pizza was delicious, everyone ate well! The staff was extra helpful and friendly, they attended to everything we needed in a very timely manner and answered all of our questions.Everyone had a really fun time! My son loved his party! His cousin wants to book his birthday there too. My husband and I are definitely keeping The Lanes in mind as one of our fave places for parties!
We hadn't been here since before covid, but it was great ! Celebrated our son's 13th birthday, and they had fun. The bartender was awesome (Mikey), we will definitely be back soon . Bowling and drink prices are very reasonable.
We were greeted right away and fitted with proper shoes. We were able to get just over 2 games with 4 players in 2 hours. We didn't score well buy managed to have a ton of food regardless.
In from Dallas for an event and had some time to kill. ALL the bowling Allys had a weight except this one. Everyone working was SO NICE, bathrooms were super clean, they even let my daughter order a single piece of pizza even though they only sell them by the whole pizza.
Been a long time since we had some bowling fun! Very busy but everything flowed smoothly, we went during cosmic bowling on the weekend so lots of big families having fun!
Paid 8 bucks for 5 different size cheese sticks. 3 were big and 2 were skinny. The bowling part was wonderful. Kids enjoyed it.
I was going to give a great review, but sadly it won't be so great. It was a very decent price for 3 adults and 3 kids for an hour play, but when I ordered some drinks.... I paid more for the drinks than the lane and the shoes. Bartender probably saw me and knew he could take advantage of me? Ordered 3 micheladas and he charged me $26 bucks and change for (3) 10oz cups with 75% "michelada mix" and used only 1 beer to make them all 3, didn't even use the whole beer!! Wth?? I paid $24 bucks for an hour play and $30 (including tip)for 3 drinks. I couldnt even enjoy my time because that situation ruined the moment :/
