My partner and I did the Charcuterie 101 class. I didn't know what to expect, but we had a great time. It was educational, which made the class all the more interesting. The owners are very knowledgeable in the science of eating and make it a fun, hands on learning experience.You get two glasses of wine to sip throughout the lesson and you create your charcuterie on a small board you get to keep.We are already planning on doing another class with friends and want to throw a large party just to order a big board.

In the past I received a charcuterie board from The Board Couple. It was excellent quality, an amazing assortment, all around impressive.
