I had high hopes for this but unfortunately it wasn’t worth the money or the calories. The ice cream was completely freezer burnt and tasted awful.The cookies were good though
The cookies are good. The ice cream was probably the worst ice cream I have ever tasted. The price was pricey but mine ended up in the trash.
Staff was really inviting.. they seemed like they could careless and annoyed I was bothering them. Young kids today don't understand how business works. Staff really needs to learn customer service. I can get cookies and ice cream anywhere for less.
The employee helping us was quiet, kind of grumpy and seemed annoyed. The building was clean with a great location.The ice cream was great ! The cookie was very under cooked the entire Experience was pretty blah for being so expensive. I suggest you skip the ice cream sandwich and just go for an ice cream cone.
The cookie of the month was delicious. The girl who served us gave great recommendations and was very patient. I will definitely be back to try other flavors.
I follow them on Instagram and so i decided to finally go out and check them out. I must say the staff is friendly and it was not busy at all. You can also sample the ice cream. So many choices and the cookies are so delicious. So i got my son the bear baked ice cream with the sprinkles on it. He loved it. I got myself one white macadamiacookie & one butter gooey with blackberry crumble ice cream. It was so delicious. We will be returning soon.
UberEats order for a pint and a sandwich. The sandwich was INSANE! Get the espresso bean with brownies and rolled with Heath bar bits. The Blackberry Crumble ice cream was ok but it was mostly vanilla bean ice cream with just a few pie crumbles and hardly any blackberry. I would probably only order this in store so I can check the ratio.Definitely glad I tried The Baked Bear; not sure it’ll go into regular rotation though.
This place was great! The serving sizes are giant and really delicious but I think my favorite thing about this ice cream store is that they have both dairy free and gluten free alternatives for people with food restrictions
The Baked Bear is my favorite place in La Cantera. The humans there are SO friendly and the pup cups are OFF THE LEASH!!! I take my Dad there regularly. The ice cream must be great too since the customers are always so happy. Here's a picture of Jazmin giving me a pup cup. Your friend, Chula. ?
Horrible customer service, felt so unwelcome in here. The kids behind the counter barely said a word and had awful attitudes. I’d rather go to a McDonald’s for ice cream- the ice cream is 1/10 of the price and the workers would be nicer than these ones.
