Came here for lunch with my family on a Sunday. I'm vegan and they are not. I ended up getting a super tasty tofu pad see ew. The menu we were handed was sort of tiny with not many options and I didn't even realize they only had lunch specials going at the time. (The waitress failed to explain this to us) So when she brought us all soup before the actual food came out we were confused. She then explained it's part of the lunch special, tea, soup and a spring roll. I had to clarify I was vegan and she explained the soup had chicken in it. She hadn't made that connection before when I ordered a tofu dish no meat but no worries. I did confirm with her the spring roll was veggie only and no meat. I had also ordered a ramune soda not realizing tea came with the meal for free. Again, she hadn't specified but no biggie.I'm definitely down to come here again as the food was good. I'd just like to see maybe more vegan appetizers like some fried tofu? Also some vegan soups if you are going to make soup mandatory with the "lunch".
I came in to order inside. And told me I'd take 15 minutes. 5 minuets later I saw 3 big bags come out and all the workers were talking and playing around and not checking the orders. 15 minutes later I walk up and my order had been ready the whole time. I go to check my food and my order is wrong. This doesn't happen at the bitters location. And for whatever reason I have terrible service and the wrong food order every time. Just look at how disconnected their cheese rolls look
This is Thai food for people who don't like authentic Thai food. When the Thai menu offers Chinese food, and they don't automatically give you chopsticks, that's a big red flag. We had 3 dishes, one was so salty that it was barely edible....and I love salt. The Tom Yum was missing key flavors, and tasted more like Italian tomato soup. The Laab was real bland...no spice flavor, no fish sauce flavor, mostly just ground meat. I was shocked how popular the restaurant seemed. I've spent 6 months in Thailand, and many many years in Asia....this was not Thai food. The service was very good, and the people were kind.. The ambiance was decent as well. I wanted to like it, but I won't be back.
Food is descent, we went on a Sunday night, it looks like they are short staffed cause they only have two waitresses (which I think is not enough) we got there and had to wait like 15 mins to be seated (even though it wasn’t that busy when we got there) we got our entrees pretty soon ( considering that it got packed like 10 mins after we sat down) we got our appetizer after we finished eating our entrees. Other than that it was ok.
La comida rica, y el servicio excelente.
It was my first time trying Thai hut. It was good. I got the sesame chicken and my husband got the chicken pad Thai. It comes with a soup and tea for $8.69. The workers here are all so friendly and nice. They kept up with drink refills and brought me a Togo container without me even asking. Overall everything was great. Will be back again.
Food was very good, presentation was impressive, service was polite, atmosphere was a little noisy despite the muted music videos, food preparation was very slow.
The service is courteous. The food is pleasantly surprising tasteful. It was a very satisfying meal.
Authentic Thai food! Our fave is the spring rolls, satay chicken pad Thai. They offer a Chinese menu as well. Food is reasonably priced for what you get. They also serve bubble tea. Never had a bad meal there. They offer pick and delivery. The food temperature is good.
I ordered online through their web site, it sent my order to another location 25 minutes away. They said that because it’s a different owner they couldn’t transfer and the other location never answered the phone! I lost $25. Be careful! They don’t deserve your business.
