I have come to tealicious numerous of times and have never had an issue. Today I went in wanting to try something new. I bought the coffee cream tea and she said “if you like coffee you will like it”I absolutely love coffee but it tasted like burnt coffee. I drank very little of it and went it to ask if there wa a anyway possible to change it out. The employee stated I would need to buy another drink but it’s 50% off. I completely understand that however I have never needed to change a drink from this establishment but this drink tasted gross. She insisted I had to pay 50% for a new drink. I threw it away and left. I have run a business and there is away to educate the customer so that going forward you know how it works…wasted $6
Cafe is off 1604 and Bandera near HEB. The place was clean and service is friendly. Like everyone else prices have increased and size has decreased. The quality of the product is still good. We ordered a strawberry banana ice with tapioca, and a Mango ice with tapioca. Have never had the tapioca. It tastes kinda like coffee. They have a lot of different flavor options. We will return for more.
I had cold green tea with cream (not blended). They can sweeten it to your taste -A, B, C or D (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%). I asked for B and it was perfect. This was the best green tea I ever had in my life except for the very expensive tea my daughter bought for mein China. This tea was as good as good as that. I probably will fill up that punch card they gave me for a free drink after buying 10. I will return every time I am in that area.
Honestly the only place I come back to. Usually go during the school semester, it`s one of the few boba spots that have lactose free drinks. My sisters each have different tastes but it`s a place each one of them can get something. when I try other boba places I end up regretting it and wishing I got tea here.
First time here and I plan on returning. Nice place with a huge selection of drinks at a good price. The plastic window, speaker, and masks at checkout made it a little hard to understand the cashier.

I used to go here but I can no longer recommend.They ignored my order for no sugar in the tea. Gave me full sugar, only admitting it when I returned it, saying it won't taste sweet without it.I know that, that's why I needed no sugar.They did this not once but multiple times.If you've got dietary needs/limitations I wouldn't trust them to make it how you asked.Had a bad chemical like taste in the drinks too. Different from when it used to taste fresh.
I loooove the boba here… by far the best boba place I’ve been to. You can also get these amazing Macaroons and Mochi!
love love love this place. so many options and everything is delicious! my boba cravings are always satisfied when I come here and I have been coming for years already
