Always fast and the drinks are always good! I've been to places where the teas have no flavor but this place is on point. Teas, smoothies, juices, coffee...its all delicious
As I walked in, I was greeted right away. I where my mask everywhere I go and I'm vaccinated. Staff was wonderful and worked on my order quickly. I highly recommend this Cafe.
3 out of 4 drinks in our order tasted off, turned the car around to let Tealicious Cafe know that something was wrong with the drinks in hopes of getting them remade. The “manager” said frustratingly “I made it the way it’s supposed to be made”, shrugged his shoulders. I said I come here all the time and this is not the normal taste. His reply “we aren’t doing exchanges at this time” and walks away. Very bad customer service. Basically if anything goes wrong with your order, don’t expect to get any sort of remake or resolution. You’ll be totally dismissed.I’ve been a long-time customer but will not be going back.Advice for the owners: train your staff better and to stop dodging phone calls when a customer is trying to reach you.

Last thing I need is one of the workers to be rude. I always get the same drink here, Vietnamese coffee with just a BIT less condensed milk. For some reason today it was like I spoke another language to them. I said, “that’s strange, I’ve always gotten that drink no problem and I come here often” for him to reply “We’ll I’ve worked here a long time and we’ve never done that.”It’s really not that hard of a task at all. It wasn’t a problem with the drink, but the response. Maybe if the worker didn’t have an attitude they wouldn’t have lost the sale. I’ll find another local boba shop.
I wonder if the owners know they close 15 minutes too early than what their sign says every day? For the Fifth time this business proves to me as being unreliable.
They shouldn't be closing 15 minutes early if that's how you wanna do business at least change your sign to a quarter before the hour so WE KNOW and don't waste time driving there
