Went yesterday and ordered green curry with an order of their fried spring rolls.I'll admit that the curry wasn't spicy enough for my liking, however I didn't specify heat one way or the other. The flavor and portion size (the curry came in a 32oz plastic container) was on point8/10 would order out again.
I came here for lunch earlier with my boyfriend, i had been here before some time ago and it was delicious. I hadn’t been back because they were closed for a large portion of COVID but when I returned today I was impressed. I got the Pad see ew in “Hot” with chicken and it was super delicious, there was a perfect balance of noodles and chicken and the heat level was the cherry on top. I definitely recommend this place, it is a hole in the wall restaurant, the food is made with love, is super tasty and I love the fact that it’s always so fresh and never cold. Three thumbs up from me
This place is extraordinary. Not only is the food exceptional, but two things that I will never forget: 1) They put an Al foil in the thermocol to-go box, since it’s hot and 2) I asked the owner why would you close a restaurant at 8pm on a Saturday, her response was her staff has families and she stops work early so they can go back to their families early on Saturday. This person needs a salute in today’s world! ?
Checked out this spot for lunch on a Friday at 11:30. Definitely not crowded and service was fast and courteous. On their appetizer menu the cheese rolls and spring rolls are the same price: $7 for 8 pieces. I asked if I could get 4 cheese and 4 spring for $7 instead and they were happy to oblige so I was able to affordably try both. The cheese rolls were surprisingly sweet, honestly they could be a dessert. The spring rolls were crisp and awesome, filled chicken and glass noodles and not packed with an overwhelming amount of veggies. For an entree I had the Kai Kateam with no onion. I ordered the Hot spice level. I forgot to pick a protein and ended up with chicken as default, and the flavor was awesome. The heat wasn't overwhelming at all and I barely needed to touch my water. I was very impressed with the size of the portion. The only negative is the parking lot is awful getting in and out of, but that isn't their fault.
This gem has some incredibly tasty curry! Their panang and masaman are my favorite! Their noodle dishes are also great.
THE BEST THAI IN OUR PART OF SAN ANTONIO! the woman working there was the best! So nice and kind. and the food WAS PERFECT! 10/10, the pineapple fried rice was awesome and the curry was heavenly.
Horrible customer service, I observed other customers being treated differently than from us. Every time my wife or I would ask for something we got a “sour” look. Food was adequate at best. Also, upon leaving The customer in front of us got a thank you and have a nice day while upon paying, I received nothing and the last time I checked my money was just as good as everyone else’s go figure.
I was very surprised how good the food was. I wasn’t sure I would like it but I enjoyed it very much. Thanks also for great service. I would recommend the place. Thanks ?.
Awesome Green Curry Chicken with rice and Chicken Pad Thai. Served with fresh ingredients and very good service.
My boyfriend and I are used to eating home cooked food like this that his sister in law makes. We just moved away and here to San Antonio and it was AMAZING! It’s just as good as those home cooked meals we miss. Absolutely delicious. 10/10!
