Good restaurant. Nice atmosphere. The sushi and service was good.

Sushi Zushi was pretty good. Everything seemed pretty quality, the rolls were diverse and tasted good. The service was fast and the server was nice and attentive. Definitely worth a trip if you're in the area to try.

Very unprofessional. Servers are more concerned with their cell phones than the customers. Ordered a Japanese old fashioned and it tasted like vodka with fruit juice. Bar is filthy and gnats are everywhere. Learn to dust at least.

Took my daughters yesterday and we were very disappointed of the quality of the rolls and service, order edamame's were cold the second were very salty the sushi rolls were falling apart we just had a bad experience for the price.

This location was a bit of a disappoint. I frequent the location in the Lincoln Heights area, figured I’d try another of their location. Waitress/server we had was a bit slow. Had to ask for my wife’s hot tea several times. Finally arrived after 20 minutes. Food was okay, portions on the comfort foods was Kastu curry, looked like a child’s plate serving. At the end of the meal, asked if they offered military/veteran discount. Waitress was quick to answer with a “NO, If we offered a discount, my family would have been using it already”. Wish they would stick to one way and not decide at their sole discretion. Be able to say, I won’t be back to this location.

I've been here so many times. First time with my son. Anxiety levels were so high. Wanted him to enjoy. Hannah our waitress was the only one willing to come over. She created the most amazing experience and my son was happy. Very grateful ?.

Great restaurant. Tiffany our server was awesome.

In the past, I had pleasant experiences here. However, today, my wife and I went for lunch and were completely ignored. We showed up around 12:15 or so, and were seated right away. We then sat there and watched several guests walk in, be seated, and served. In total, about 4 tables got their drinks and orders taken, while we remained invisible in the center of the dining area. Needless to say, we walked out and informed the hostess as to the reason why. I don't think we will be returning any time soon. A shame too, because I really liked this place.

This review is for the Colannade location specifically. I have been to this location many times over the past few years, but recently this location has lost a customer. I downloaded the app to order ahead of time to go pickup. The app continually crashed and would not accept my payment due to timeout. Then I called and the girl that answered said they were in the middle of a shift change and sounded annoyed that I even bothered to call for a pickup. Then put me on eternal hold. I hung up. Then on a Sunday afternoon I tried to go in and sit down and there was about four people dining at the time. Plenty of tables. She asked if I had a reservation, I did not then she said it would be a 25-45 minute wait. Wait? What? I will not be returning to this location but San Antonio is limited on its sushi choices so I will go to a different location. Customer service does not exist at the Colonnade.

I love sushi sushi because it’s always the right choice for a quick lunch with friends. The service is always excellent and the restaurants are very clean. The food is always good if you feel like eating a good roll or either rice or noodles with protein and vegetables or not the typical salad. It’s a healthy option. If you stay for their happy hour, which I love, they have very good prices and good options.Of course, the edamame is a must always and the dynamite crawfish it’s delicious.I also love the sunamono salad, it’s a great start. The food overall it’s good, not a 5 star restaurant, but the quality and the presentation of their plates it’s very acceptable and enjoyable!!I definitely go back every time I’m craving their food ???
