Vacation. Great hotel
Service was top notch! Every course was exceptional and added to the experience. The halibut was exceptional and paired well with the charred cabbage. The ribeye was prepared to the perfect temperature and the experience was clearly carefully curated by a chef in command of his kitchen.
Our server Billy was excellent, very knowledgeable of the menu and great service. I initially saw the quail on the menu and would not have ordered it. Billy described what was entailed in the quail dish and it changed my mind, it was phenomenal. The New York strip was very good as well.
The dinner was fantastic. The noise level was a little high. The drinks were very good
The ambiance of supper was great. Apps were interesting, but main entrees were both poor (steak not evenly cooked, Branzino was actually tough not crispy). Service was attentive if not slightly aggressive to move us along. Overall I would say it was a good environment but not the best food
Favorite dining in San Antonio. Only go at lunch because great value for the money. Never rushed. They accommodate any order variation and the service is impeccable (not too much and not too little). All staff are friendly even if not your own server.
Food scheduling from kitchen was poor. A cinnamon roll came out way to early to keep from getting cold. It was room temp. They brought my oatmeal and my wife's eggs out. Eggs were room temp. I didn't like the oatmeal.
Amazing! Perfection in every way! Had the Brussels sprouts and Bronzino dish (ordered dairy free). The flavors were on point! Also, a chai spiced peach sorbet that tasted just like peach cobbler! Have been coming here for years with different dietary needs and they are able to accommodate every time! Best restaurant in SA!!

Great site for a really good dinner. Serving sizes are large, so we split each of three courses. Best restaurant in the Pearl in my mind - well worth the higher bill.
