The coffee is ? and the customer service was just as amazing. Love the ambience and merch! Favorite thus far is the Winter Moon 1/4 sweet cold.
First time here, definitely won't be my last! The flavor of the coffee is amazing! Deep, rich, robust and intensely invigorating..... Throw in some of their own "Moon Milk - a Family Recipe" and you won't be disappointed in the least bit!Customer service is great! Each interaction was friendly and helpful.BTW.... I got "Moon Raker"A quad shot of our smooth Velvet Blaze Espresso and 4oz of our rich Moon Milk, shaken together
We frequent this location a few times a week. Great coffee but beware of very rude staff. One of multiple purchases included a shot of espresso over ice. I politely ask someone to please give me more ice. This young man have me a not so nice look, turned to scoop up ice, poored a few cubes in my cup. I asked if he could poor the rest in my cup and was told to say please. I replied I said please when I first asked for additional ice. He proceeded to rudely dump the ice in my cup and all over my hand and counter.I spoke with manager and her excuse was, well, we all have bad days and I didn't witness it.No apology, no offer to give better training.
A summer moon coffee is delicious. Sweet but not too sweet. Heads up each size includes an additional shot of espresso. 20 oz has 3 shots.
I went to the drive-through and had told the guy working that it was my first time here and what he suggested.he suggested a few different ones but I went with his first one that he said the mocha moon, it was tasty, and very chocolatey. He was very helpful and nice the drive-through was big enough for a many cars
I have been a fan of this coffee for a long time. In fact, we moved out of the area but still have it shipped to us every other week. I was in town for a business trip and stopped in each morning for coffee.The current staff is exceptional. In particular one young woman who took my order ( I failed to get her name). By the second morning she remembered my name and my order. It’s is a rare gift to be able to make people feel seen. I can’t recommend this place enough.
All of the moon drinks have a special sweet milk in them that they compare to ice cream, very smooth and sweet. Pastries were pretty standard. Food was out very quick. Plenty of seating and a drive thru
