My husband and I went for our anniversary and had a great experience! Everyone was friendly and our waitress Alice was great! The food was delicious - I donât think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.

Our first visit was for a pre-theatre dinner at 5:30. We were the first diners in that evening, so it was very quiet. I can understand how the place could get loud when it fills up. Matthew, our server, was well versed on the menu and wine list. We skipped the appetizers and salads and went straight to the mains. I opted for the lemon shrimp pasta (linguini) with a white wine sauce. The balance between the lemon and sauce was perfect. A lot of chefs go to far with lemon and it overtakes the dish. This was spot. Undeniably lemon but with soft perfectly cooked pasta and shrimp that tasted like lobster. A beautiful New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, recommended by Matthew, was pure perfection.
This was our second visit to Stoutâs Signature before seeing a show at the Tobin. The restaurant location is perfect for a pre-show meal. This visit the restaurant was a little busier than during our last visit. We ordered a salad to share as a starter, my wife ordered the filet and I ordered the chicken parmigiana. My wifeâs filet was excellent but my chicken parmigiana was cold (my beer was warmer) and I asked to have it redone. Also, our starter salad came out after out main course was delivered to the table. Still enjoy this place and will give it another try when we see another show. I understand that all restaurant are struggling finding enough staff, but for the premium prices I expect much better quality and service than we received on this visit.
We arrived at 5:30 PM for an early meal before a show at the Tobin Center. Every aspect of the meal from cocktails to dessert was fantastic. Very impressed with service, food and drinks. Will definitely visit again. Thank you!

We decided late in the day to make reservations at Stout Signature before going to a show at The Tobin Center. When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly hostess and taken to our table. I was surprised we were able to get a reservation given how busy they were and our last minute decision. Our server, Alexandria M was very friendly and attentive. Olivier B was the sommelier and made a great recommendation for a nice Italian Rose to go with our meal. We shared the Pig and Pear pizza and the Redfish Risotto. Food came out at the right pace and was perfect for both us to share and it all tasted fantastic. It was our first time at this restaurant and we will definitely be back.
Muy ricos los platillos, especialmente las alas de pato y el pescado con risotto. Había poca gente en el restaurante pero era martes. Los meseros muy atentos y el lugar agradable.
Wonderful service, made excellent recommendations and food and drinks were fabulous! They really made our anniversary special!
