Food is really delicious and the menu is very creative! Loved the Japchae and the chicken and waffles was super yummy!! Service was also amazing ! The best part for me is that it's all gluten free, so I can order without having to miss out on any of the options on the menu. The desert was also so very good! Can't wait to go back and try other things!
Came in after an art show to enjoy dinner on an impromptu date night! Food was so good. Very impressive flavors! I am extremely sensitive to gluten so eating impromptu is difficult. This was such a nice surprise. Thank you for a wonderful dinner!
It was an unplanned visit to @stixsandstone to pick up dinner tonight and so glad we got to try Chef Leo Davila's food.Plating of food at the restaurant was great yet we didn't miss out on the quality with to go. We had 2 orders of Taco Thursday with pork belly, big red/barbacoa, gochujang carnitas, smoked corn and chicken. My favorite is the big red/barbacoa! We also had the pork belly with polenta and chicken on a stick. For dessert, we had the ponzu lemon tart and churro bread pudding. Love the lemon tart and will try the churro bread pudding tomorrow.Lots of great food available so give them a try! Amazing food+ Great Service= An amazing experience at Stix and Stone!! The Pork Belly and Polenta is heavenly. I closed my eyes in comfort and satisfaction as I devoured my plate. Food is amazing! The tres leches and churro bread pudding isn't too sweet. The tacos are excellent and each one is uniquely different with fresh made corn tortillas. Soon this place will have a line out the door.
What amazing food!! I'm glad we found this place. When my wife showed me the menu online and I saw kimchi I thought Oh Hell No! But after eating the brussels sprouts and kimchi it was so good we wend back 3 times since. This is a must try place.
This restaurant is incredibly good. First off, finding delicious gluten free food like this is rare. The staff were extremely friendly and our food came quickly. Every single thing we tried was delicious. The restaurant is like a little hole in the wall, but we all know those are the best places. The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes and quality. The chicken and waffle is like dessert.

Be still my heart..a truly TASTY gluten free restaurant that is anything but mediocre! Nice size portions for brunch, free mimosa, beautiful presentation, great prices and DELICIOUS. I cannot ask for anything more but this restaurant does offer it! Epic customer service, called me while it was busy to work with my last minute walk in reservation, very attentive, and super sweet. Not pretentious even though the food is super instagramable. I traveled 1.5 hours and will do so many many many times so that I can try their whole menu. I am in love with their chicken and waffles and their fried chicken sandwich. I ordered desserts of tres leches and a churro bread that did not make it on the drive home because we ate it all. If they ever franchise, I will invest!
This place is amazing. I love the minimalist set up but all of the special touches. But the food. OMG!!! It was gourmet level and beyond delicious! I had the pork belly and cheesy polenta (picture). I would have happily ate another plate of it. Hubby got kimchi bowl with pork belly which was amazing. And the churro bread pudding…devoured it in under 30 seconds! We definitely be back super soon for lunch, Thursday specials, and brunch. Get yourself over here soon!!
