I received two subpar sausage egg McMuffins from Starbucks, that had the quality of a convenience store hot box, through Favor for a cost of $35!!!! Now I know McDonald's is so much better and way more affordable. I'm aware of that some stores mark up the prices for deliveries but 300% is just absolutely outrageous.... Shame on you Starbucks. If I had any idea of the markup was that much I would have not ordered from you. The estimate was nowhere near those outrageous numbers I was charged. And once again your sandwiches were horrible.
Yesterday was a hot day, humidity too high. I needed a cool drink & a 'lil pampering.I was thirsty for a Tall chilled Iced Coffee & a warm Almond Croissant - so light it melted in my mouth.. sooo delicious!I sat at a round light wood table near cooling a/c & enjoyed my 30 minutes of bliss.Thank you Starbucks for offering me the relaxation respite I truly needed.
Went through the drive-through ordered a tall white mocha with a extra pump of white mocha they gave me a double shot instead and it taste like water so I had to turn all the way back around and have them remake it they made it the same exact way and I let them know I asked for an extra pump so they added it but it still taste like water it definitely is probably the worst Starbucks I’ve been to.
They short customers the correct amount of espresso to save time. 23 Jan 22 at 1 PM.
Lines can be a little long sometimes but the service you get from the people working here is worth it. I always leave feeling welcomed and happy here. Great service and my order is always right.
Google maps says that this Starbucks opens at 5:00. I understand that Google is not reliable these days, however there's nothing posted on the door anywhere about what time they open. I got here at 4:55 and there was no one here. At 5:00 someone showed up, and I thought, oh good Google didn't lie after all. They went inside and locked the door. They told me they don't open until 5:30. Again, I realize Google maps is not reliable, however the hours need to be posted on the door. This is very unprofessional.
Lately the employees seem to forget to tell you the total before the window. A little annoying as it is part of customer service, maybe I shouldn’t complain if I’m willing to spend $6 on a coffee anyway haha. Drinks still taste delicious.
I am in love with this starbucks. The employees are so friendly even during such a heavy rush in the morning. I love the handwritten messages as well! It starts a person's day off great!
Love the attitude of this location. It’s always packed and busy but they’re never in a bad mood
Love this Starbucks! Always greeted the moment I walk in. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Not once have I had my drinks made wrong. Plus it’s a “military family store” which is really cool!
