The cashier was great but there was this one employee that looked like she didn't like her job. I made eye contact with her and smiled but she had an attitude. As a CSR myself you should always smile whether you like your job or not. Whether you are going through something or not. You don't take your problems to work. Or call in. But to have a bad attitude no bueno.
My goodness. This Starbucks is entirely too slow. I waited 48 minutes in the drive thru line today, 3/19. Unfortunately due to the location, the line spills into SW Military all the time. The average wait time is about 20 minutes. Today, It seemed to be only one barista making drinks on a prime Saturday. On the plus size, the cashier was extremely pleasant and displayed great customer service.
Just left this place and it was Very disappointing. Drink we ordered took awhile which is understandable, but while waiting and seeing staff on their phones makes you think that plays a factor on our wait. Frozen coffees we ordered had no flavor whatsoever. I have no words! Sucks when you spend money on something you crave or hope to enjoy and end up with a watered down Frappuccino.
I hardly ever go to Starbucks but this day I went I didn't have to wait in a big line and my drinks were freaken amazing the fruit inside it was delicious and sweet not sour at all. I love those strawberry drinks they're so delicious.
Waited 20 minutes for my sandwhich only for my to walk up and ask. They then informed me that they were out of the item I ordered. So instead of letting me know, they just let me wait. They then said to grab one from the fridge. I asked them to warm it up and she put it on the counter and continued other things. Absolutely aweful customer service. The inside was also pretty messy. 0/5
Close to $6 for this drink just to take off the lid and not have a full cup .. a total rip off.. drive thru is a disaster in this location
Several attempts to like this location due to it being the only starbucks in the southside, gotta support the community, but it always comes up short with the flavor in the drinks dept. Always watery or very bland. Dont skimp on the ingredients if you have them. If you're running low on them just dont offer them, dont serve bad drinks. The customer service ordering the drinks is superb but the drink orders are rushed and taste like watery milk. I end up driving to a northside starbucks after getting a bad drink, due the order line being sooo long and backed up. I had them remake a drink and it wasnt good either had to take it home and add more flavor syrup of my own. ...
I pay no attention to the cost of such bliss when the employees are as kind and generous as the ladies who create the core of the Starbucks experience. Magnificent coffee, outstanding customer appreciation. Highly recommend ?
This location is HANDS DOWN the best ever!!!Their staff is SECOND TO NONE and Fritz the manager is always in the trenches doing heavy lifting if needed, she even picks up trash outside or is seen sporting a LEAF BLOWER to ensure a prestine store cosmetic.....my drink is perfect EVERYTIME!!!! Undercover boss needs to film there so the awesome stay can get recognized and HOOKED UP for their hard work!!
