I hadn't been to Starbucks in a long while since lines are usually really long. This team had their store flowing properly.

Cashier Summer was very unfriendly and rude (not only to me but other visitors). I’ve changed my mind on placing an order for the drink and just picked-up my pastry. How can management tolerate such rude behavior towards clientele? Parking uncomfortable too, very dangerous.

One of the worst for delivery drivers hands down, I’ve been to many Starbucks in SA and this one does not have a sense of urgency for dine in customers as well. Please fix this management

Staff is friendly and greets customers everytime. I drive out of my way to get my drink exactly as I order it through the app. Usually my order is not made exact at other locations, so either I accept it as is or wait in line to have it remade. Raises for everyone!!

I love this location. Y’all always make my drinks perfectly! Worth the drive further than my closest store.

My iced caramel macchiato upside down with soy was perfect! But they were out of my bacon egg n Gouda?

This location's operation is so OFF BRAND for Starbucks. It could not be farther from a Third Place if it tried.I came to this location to do some work and recharge my battery, while enjoying a icy frapp.Upon walking up to the door I noticed that people were inside, leaned up against the windows and there weren't any tables or chairs -- inside or outside.Clearly I wouldn't be able to charge my dead battery.But then I noticed that there was an electrical outlet just inside the door & said to the barista; "I notice there aren't any tables or chairs but I wonder if I can just charge my battery while I wait for my drink?"I know... I kicked myself as soon as the words passed my lips. Why did I ask for permission. I should have just plugged in and said nothing. That's not what happened though...The barista said "no. We're not allowed to let anybody plug anything in."Seriously??Who runs this place??While this sort of nonsensical event isn't a surprise at all these days -- it's harder than ever to have a decent customer service experience anywhere, let alone a good or great one -- what's unbelievable to me in this instance is how much Starbucks has always prioritized their brand reputation, and how this shameful location even gets to turn the lights on.Give your business to any place but here until they run the location to minimum brand standards.

We were so happy when we came in and this employee was super rude us soo we didn't even enjoy our coffee we had told her how rude she was and she said because they were closing. The employee had like hot pink hair. And I saw her name tag it was JackieSo when yall are gonna be closing yall are gonna be rude to people?

We went thru the drive thru, where Zoë went so far above and beyond for us that I HAVE to xall her out for it publicly! She is probably the sweetest, most helpful and most cheerful Starbuks employee have EVER encountered!!!!!she was amazing and deserves a raise and a promotion!

No dine in. Pick up only. Fast WIFI. Locked bathrooms with combination key ?. Great customer service. Plenty of parking. Long drive thru line.
