I stopped at this location because I was unable to brew my coffee this morning. I ordered a Venti brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso drink and added two extra shots. It did not have the extra shots! I’ve ordered it before and this drink did not have that extra bite I was looking for or had that extra kick like usually it does. The only reason this location is getting a two star from me is because the barista at the window was wonderful. I also didn’t say anything about the problem because I was running late to work. I had to buy another energy drink from the corner store to get through the rest of the day due to this. Thanks
I love starbucks, but this location always has a long line in the drive thru (DT) and its not convenient to go inside to pick up because the DT line is blocking the parking spaces making it difficult to get in and out. They definately need a bigger parking lot to make it more convenient. This is the closest location to where I work, but other than that the service and products were great!!!!
This location also has bad parking lot always busy if it's packed best if park across the street and walk to get your coffee so your not late to work.
The girl with the purple hair is so cute and nice she put a cute sticker on my caramel ribbon crunch Frappuccino. Also this place is always super busy but the staff is always nice and has a positive attitude! Love coming to this location.
Always great and fast a bit pricey for simple cup of Joe. But is just a financial status that not everyone can afford. Have you ask yourself why you don't see seniors at Starbucks? Can we have a senior day? Or a senior discount?
Great. Except when I got home. My egg & cheddar fell on the floor and opened, went everywhere. Should have put in a bag.
7:34am , supervisor on shift is very disconnected from customers and rude. No barista is making connections nor being engaging. 01/12/2022 . Would not visit again.
ZERO stars!! The location is terrible! One way entrance is blocked off. They have zero seating available inside. The restrooms are disgusting. 5 min wait inside before someone will take your order. The employees don’t look happy here and it reflects in their attitude. We spent $12.00 for 2 drinks. Placed our drinks on the table to add Splenda in our drink. Used the potty and came out for 5 mins to look up our next destination on our phone before we leave & Desiree (employee) had the nerve to come around the counter to ask us if we need anything else? We said no, then she said I’m going to have to ask you to leave! (It’s like humans can’t be humans anymore.) Starbucks makes billions and has a loyal following & treats customers like trash. Desiree again, said, I need you all to leave. She even said, theres is a sign on the table that says the table is not available for use.. It was completely uncalled for. Then they should keep the DOORS LOCKED and make it to go only!!!! It’s only common courtesy to allow customers to fix their drinks before we go. Won’t be back! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!
I went yesterday and the employees were so nice. I was more upset that I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha latte and it tasted awful. It was nothing but cream and no flavor. I hadn’t been to Starbucks I. Over a year and was so looking forward to it. I wish the coffee had been good. Service was good and super friendly staff though. For that I give it 3 stars but really the coffee was a 0 stars
I was in San Antonio for an event at the Alamodome and went by this Starbucks for breakfast. I went inside because the drive-through line was long. The store was not clean, and the restroom was one of the filthiest restrooms I've EVER seen. My coffee was fine, but my breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle. I rarely rate any place low. I generally only give ratings for places I like, but I feel like this one deserves a note. It was such a bad experience.
