Talked to a CSR on Friday 4/1 about pre-ordering a travel pack. She said that she would leave a detailed message to the morning crew to have the travel pack ready at opening which was supposed to be 4:30am on 4/2.At about 4:25am, the morning crew walks into the store to begin prep. I walk over to the front door at 4:30am, they don't open and its about 4:35am when they open the door and tell me that they need at least five more minutes before opening and they didn't have my travel pack ready. At 4:41am I get my travel pack.Their customer service and attitude was very pleasant and professional but due to time constraints, I was late to the Valero Texas Open.

New to me Starbucks. Nice decor, lots of tables available. Had outdoor seating but it was 29 degrees outside, so that wasn't an option. Was confused as to why my order came at three different times and I had to go actively go searching for my coffee cake.

Amazing customer service! They were so nice and made my drink to perfection! They were super busy but trying their best and it shows! They deserve the world !

Worst service ever. 20 mins to get one small cold coffee, all high school kids running around trying to fulfill 5 orders only and forgot my order because i didn’t go to the counter every 2 minutes reminding them like every one else was. And of course they still got my order wrong. This is the 3rd time and i hope this review motivates the management to hire more people and train them properly.

Not only was my order short...a small servicing in a tall cup. I'm a little concerned that anyone could walk into Starbucks and grab an order without any questions not even the order name to be picked up. I had an order picked up today and they forgot the rest of the order no one asked who he was and not even the name of the order. God forbid someone were to steal my order or in the middle of covid tamper with my order. No one paid attention or even bothered to ask you questions. Safety policy needs o be un place, until then I will not return. That is a little disturbing to me.

Mostly my fault but things move very fast at this busy location. My in person order was a 25$ gift card and a venti blonde with a bit of skim milk. Total $30.35. I wasn't paying attention, and I should have been tipped of that the register employee misunderstood my order when I had to wait over 5 minutes (and by the $ total). Usually a straight coffee can be poured immediately. Finally they called my name and I took my venti coffee to my car and drove away only to take a sip of a super sweet latte beverage. Arriving at work I found that I had received a mobile order for a person with the same name. Again, my fault and next time I will be more careful and have everything repeated to me and double check everything. Employees are nice and are working hard.

"You have a lot of stars" said the barista. "Yeah, I won them". "Oh". She sounded disappointed that I hadn't actually spent the $500 required to accumulate them the normal way. This is Starbucks. You have coffee at home but somehow this is better. You probably have a reusable cup that you never reuse. If you've been to another Starbucks in your life, this is the same. I do love a caramel macchiato and a hot butter croissant though.

Just a wonderful, cheerful morning crew. My #1 preferred Starbucks. Oh, and the coffee is really good as well.

Great drinks at this location. I got the mango dragonfruit refresher, they didn't skimp on the dragon fruit and it was not too strong. Very friendly service.

Starbucks is always good. The Pike Place was hard to judge since I had cream and sweetener, but I think it's still not quite back to what the flavor intensity was before covid. They didn't have Sweet N Low or Equal, but they had Splenda, Stevia, sugar in the raw and plain sugar. The service was quick. My coffee was warm, not hot, which was ok since I drank it right away. I would shop here again.
