Hubby and I are always amazed on how long the drive thru lane is always lengthy during business hours and during ALL days opened, at this location. We always park and walk up for speedier service.On this particular day, not sure if the heat wave and/or gas prices are the reason(s) there was no line, but the line was NONEXISTENT ?!We took advantage of this and ordered from the drive-thru!!The order taker was patient (for my undecided a$$) and courteous including the person at the window (two diff peeps). The items we ordered were on point!Thank you Starbucks Team!!
This location gets worse by the day I swear and slower. I come here every single day and if it weren't for Brittany and her service and how close it is to my home I would never come back. I ordered a drink on app at 5am when they opened, arrived 10 minutes later and waited until now 5:35am and doors are locked and no drinks have been made. Still waiting....I have to leave for work soon! So I paid for something I'm not getting which has happened numerous times
I like this Starbucks! Never have messed up my order my coffees are always on point ! They don't skip on the Carmel like some other Starbucks do . It does get a little busy for the area but the wait is still decent. I would recommend going to this location the staff always greats with a smile and ade so happy it will brighten your day they make you feel welcomed even if you are in the drive through you get the same great service as if you walked in the front door!

Waiting for 20 min. No Communication! I asked For a banana bread it was broken into pieces I asked for a white chocolate mocha hot it was warm . missing items!? DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING OVER THERE! BECAUSE THEY'LL WASTE YOUR TIME!?
Management is unbelievable! They messed up on a couple of drinks and I called the store and was told to come back any time to redo those drinks. I came back that same day in the evening and they asked for a receipt I was never given, for my name that they never took down and then made us wait for an extra 15 mixtures with a long line behind us while they tried reaching a manager. Then the young lady in charge that night offers me a free drink and charges me for the drink lol. They made no sense at all. The next day I spoke to the manager who offered me a 4 dollar gift card instead of just replacing the two lattes they were supposed to replace initially. Avoid going here if you can! Try the Starbucks down the street at target, less wait time and great customer service.
It's a Starbucks, what else. I had a gift card from my work, otherwise I wouldn't go Starbucks. I went inside to order, drive thru is always wrapped around, service was friendly and quick.There was a homeless person occupying majority of patio, and occasionally wandered inside the restaurant laying her stuff around. It didn't bothered me and nobody else seemed bothered. Just, in case it's a sight you're uncomfortable with, it's possible you might encounter with it. This area (Goliad & SE Military) has one of the Southside SA's highest homeless population.)
Been there twice in last three days and they didn’t have nitro cold brew either day. Other Starbucks manage to do it, why can’t they. I never leave reviews but could not resist this time.
